    摘要: A cogeneration system including an engine, which drives a generator to generate electricity, a cooling/heating unit using a heat pump type refrigerant cycle, in which a refrigerant is circulated through at least one compressor, a four-way valve, a first outdoor heat exchanger, a first expansion device, and an indoor heat exchanger, in this order, during a cooling operation of the cogeneration system, and a waste heat consuming heating unit using a refrigerant cycle, in which the refrigerant is circulated through the compressor, the four-way valve, the indoor heat exchanger, a second expansion device, and a second outdoor heat exchanger to be heated by waste heat of the engine, in this order, during a heating operation of the cogeneration system. In accordance with the cogeneration system, it is possible to maximize utilization of engine waste heat during the heating operation and to achieve an enhancement in heating performance.

    摘要: A cooling/heating apparatus using a cogeneration system is disclosed. The cooling/heating apparatus includes a discharge-side refrigerant heating unit which supplies heat of exhaust gas generated from an engine to a discharge-side refrigerant line connected to a compressor included in a cooling/heating unit, a suction-side refrigerant heating unit which supplies heat of cooling water used to cool the engine and the heat of the exhaust gas to a suction-side refrigerant line connected to the compressor, a discharge-side refrigerant temperature sensor which senses a temperature of a refrigerant passing through the discharge-side refrigerant line, and a bypass unit which bypasses the exhaust gas heat supplied to the discharge-side refrigerant line via the discharge-side refrigerant heating unit when the refrigerant temperature sensed by the discharge-side refrigerant temperature sensor is not lower than a predetermined temperature, to cut off the supply of the exhaust gas heat or to adjust an amount of the supplied exhaust gas heat. The exhaust gas heat and cooling water heat are appropriately distributed to both the suction and discharge sides of the compressor, so that it is possible to achieve an enhancement in heating performance and an enhancement in system efficiency.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of controlling a linear expansion valve of a cooling cycle apparatus. The method comprises a first step of calculating a target opening level value according to suction overheat level of compressors to control a linear expansion valve based on the calculated target opening level value, and a second step of calculating a new target opening level value according to the suction overheat level of the compressors and discharge temperature of the compressors to control the linear expansion valve based on the calculated new target opening level value. Consequently, the discharge temperature of the compressors is prevented from being excessively increased, and therefore, the compressors are prevented from being overheated and damaged, and reliability of the cooling cycle apparatus is improved.
