Abstract:
Provided are photoresist compositions useful in forming photolithographic patterns. Also provided are substrates coated with the photoresist compositions and methods of forming photolithographic patterns. The compositions, methods and coated substrates find particular applicability in the manufacture of semiconductor devices.
Abstract:
A scheduling method and apparatus for providing a high speed video stream service in a communication system are provided. The method includes receiving power information for ensuring a minimum data rate from a Radio Network Controller (RNC) through Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, receiving power information for a variable data rate from a Node B through scheduling, and performing a high speed video stream service on the basis of the power information received from the RNC and the Node B.
Abstract:
A display device for an electronic appliance includes: a touch screen panel; an LCD panel; and an intermediate member provided between the touch screen panel and the LCD panel. The intermediate member has an air passage for allowing air to flow into and out of an interior space defined by the intermediate member between the touch screen panel and the LCD panel. The air passage has a plurality of paths oriented in different directions.
Abstract:
A portable terminal is provided. The portable terminal includes a display panel, a case member provided to surround at least both sides of the display panel, and a speaker hole formed in the case member and opened to at least one side of the display panel. The portable terminal includes the speaker hole in at least a side of the display panel by changing only a structure of the case member, such that the volume and quality of sound output from the speaker device can be fully delivered to a user who uses the terminal while viewing the display panel.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving data via a MAC protocol in a mobile communication system. The method includes inputting an SDU including transmission data through a logical channel and generating a first PDU that includes the SDU without including multiplexing information for identification of the logical channel, by a first transmission entity; acquiring the first PDU and generating a second PDU including the first PDU in a payload of the second PDU, by a second transmission entity that operates between the first transmission entity and a physical layer; inserting the multiplexing information for identification of the logical channel corresponding to the first PDU into header information of the second PDU; and transmitting the second PDU through the physical layer.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for scheduling in consideration of a Service Connection Time Duration (SCTD) in a mobile communication system. The apparatus includes a User Equipment (UE) for transmitting a Media Access Control (MAC) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) including an SCTD measured by counting a connection time to receive an uplink service through a high speed data transmission, and a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) for receiving the MAC PDU including the SCTD from the UE, allocating a priority by considering the SCTD, and allocating radio resources based on the priority.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving data via a MAC protocol in a mobile communication system. The method includes inputting at least one Service Data Unit (SDU) containing transmission data through a corresponding logical channel and generating at least one first Protocol Data Unit (PDU) that includes said at least one SDU without including multiplexing information for identification of the logical channel, by a first transmission entity; acquiring the first PDU and generating a second PDU including the first PDU in a payload of the second PDU, by a second transmission entity that operates between the first transmission entity and a physical layer; inserting the multiplexing information for identification of the logical channel corresponding to said at least one first PDU into header information of the second PDU; and transmitting the second PDU through the physical layer. The method can reduce load due to additional processing, such as a bit operation or memory copying, in a receiver requiring high speed data transmission.
