    摘要: A method and apparatus for tracking a target object are provided. A plurality of images is received, and one of the images is selected as a current image. A specific color of the current image is extracted. And the current image is compared with a template image to search a target object in the current image. If the target object is not found in the current image, a previous image with the target object is searched in the images received before the current image. And the target object is searched in the current image according to an object feature of the previous image. The object feature and an object location are updated into a storage unit when the target object is found.

If the first offset voltage is determined to be present in the equalizer, a first compensation voltage is provided to the equalizer.

    摘要: A clamping system for clamping a video signal, wherein the clamping system uses a charge-pump unit in company with a digital clamping controller to clamp the potential of the video signal, prior to the video signal being input to a programmable gain amplifier and an A/D converter, so as to reach a desired level. The charge-pump unit provides two charge-pump circuits, wherein one charge-pump circuit supplies a strong burst to boost the potential of the video signal while the video signal is below a threshold value. Otherwise, the other charge-pump circuit supplies a weak burst to fine tune the potential of the video signal when the video signal has reached the threshold value.

The projecting device has an illumination device for emitting a polarized trichrome light, three modulating devices for modulating three polarized monochrome lights to display the same electrical image, a light separating device having a first dichroic mirror and a third polarization beam splitting mirror arranged along a first diagonal direction and a first and a second polarization beam splitting mirrors arranged along a second diagonal direction, and a first retarder film installed between the second and the third polarization beam splitting mirrors. The first dichroic mirror, the first and second polarization beam splitting mirrors are used for separating the polarized trichrome light into three monochrome lights and passing each monochrome light to a correspondent modulating device for optical modulation. The three modulated lights reflected from the three modulating devices are transmitted to the third polarization beam splitting mirror and synthesized into an output light beam for displaying the electrical image.

    摘要: A projection display device for displaying electrically encoded images includes an L-type optical module, which includes first, second, and third polarization beam splitter mirrors and a first retarder film. The first and the third polarization beam splitter mirrors are aligned in a plane that is perpendicular to the second polarization beam splitter mirror. A first monochromatic polarized beam is directed to the first polarization beam splitter mirror, and a bi-chromatic polarized beam is directed to the third polarization splitter mirror. The first polarization beam splitter mirror directs the first monochromatic polarized beam to a first modulation unit, and a first modulated beam reflects from the first modulation unit to the second polarization beam splitter mirror via the first retarder film. The third polarization beam splitter mirror splits the bi-chromatic polarized beam into a second monochromatic polarized beam and a third monochromatic polarized beam according to the polarizations of the beams, and directs these beams to the second and the third modulation units, respectively. The second and the third modulated beams from the second and the third modulation units are directed to the second polarization beam splitter mirror via the first retarder film and are combined with the first modulated beam to form an output beam.
