摘要： A display module and a display apparatus. The display module includes a display panel and a first light control panel. The first light control panel includes a first base and a second base arranged opposite to each other and a first light control liquid crystal layer arranged between the first base and the second base. The first base includes a first substrate, a first electrode, a first alignment layer, and a first polarizer. The second base includes a second substrate, a second electrode, a second alignment layer, and a second polarizer. A polarization axis of the first polarizer is perpendicular to a polarization axis of the second polarizer. An alignment direction of the first alignment layer is parallel to an alignment direction of the second alignment layer. An angle between the alignment direction of the first alignment layer and the polarization axis of the first polarizer is α, 90°>α>0°.
