Abstract: A viewing angle controller, a display panel, and a display device. The viewing angle controller includes at least one liquid crystal controlling box. The liquid crystal controlling box includes a first liquid crystal controlling box including a first substrate, a second substrate, and a first liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first liquid crystal controlling box operates in a first state or in a second state. A transmittance of first light passing through the first liquid crystal controlling box in the second state is lower than one or both of a transmittance of the first light in the first state and a transmittance of second light passing through the first liquid crystal controlling box in the second state. An inclination of the first light is greater than that of the second light relative to the front-viewing direction of the viewing angle controller.
