Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a housing is provided. A fiber film is placed on a first mold, and a second mold presses the fiber film to make it deform slightly. When the first mold and the second mold are not closed completely, the melt plastic material is injected from the second mold to the fiber film to press down the fiber film. Then, the molds are assembled while the melt plastic material is injected to form a molding product. Furthermore, the edge of the fiber film near the corner is cut off to obtain a housing with a well-attached fiber film.

A packing box is disclosed and is suitable for packaging as well as display purposes. The packing box comprises two triangular boxes, which can be arranged abreast, each triangular boxes having an oblique surface. One of the oblique surfaces of the two triangular boxes has a recess, and the recess has a holding portion. A cover can be used to cover the two triangular boxes, and the cover has the shape coincided with the two triangular boxes arranged in combination.

A method for fabricating a housing of an electronic device is provided. The method includes the steps of providing a bamboo laminate first, forming a recess on the bamboo laminate, performing an embedding injection molding process to form a supporting element made of high polymer in the recess and performing a cutting step to cut the bamboo laminate to have a predetermined thickness.

A casing molding method includes following steps: providing a substrate; mixing the substrate, first hardener, second hardener, and epoxy resin in a mold to perform a first curing reaction to form a semi-manufactured product, wherein the first hardener is coated by micro capsules; and heating the semi-manufactured product to make the micro capsules ruptured and vaporized, and the first hardener contacts with the semi-manufactured product to perform a second curing reaction to form a casing.
Abstract:
A rigid reinforced composite material includes a plurality of first material layers. Each first material layer has a first texture. The first material layers are stacked, and the first textures are not all in parallel in the projection direction. In addition, a method of making the rigid reinforcing composite material is disclosed. Accordingly, the composite material having high rigidity and high strength can be fabricated by the simple and efficient manufacturing process, and the device using the composite material can be thinner and lighter.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a fabricating method for a cover of a portable electronic device. The fabricating method includes the following steps of: (a) providing a chunk of timber laminate having an exterior circumferential surface, a first surface, and a second surface, and forming a recess on the second surface; (b) attaching a supporting component into the recess; and (c) cutting the first surface and the exterior circumferential surface to a preset thickness; wherein the first surface and a portion of the exterior circumferential surface expose different woodgrain patterns. A portable electronic device utilizing the above mentioned fabricating method for a cover is also provided.
