Abstract:
The present invention proposes a liquid crystal alignment device and the liquid crystal alignment device comprises light sources, a light emitting plate and reflective plates, and the light sources are disposed on the light emitting plate; the reflective plate is disposed on a side surface of the light sources, and a reflective surface of each of the reflective plates is facing the light sources; the reflective surface of the reflective plate appears to be a rough shape. Therefore, even if the UV rays emitted by the light source are not uniform, the evenness of the UV rays transmitted to the liquid crystal layer can be ensured after the reflection of the reflective plate, and thereby avoid the Mura occurring during the alignment process. The product yield is increased and the display result of the LCD is guaranteed.

An optical detection method of a photo-alignment LCD panel includes steps: A. generating a model image according to an internal image of a qualified prearranged detection unit of a photo-alignment LCD panel; B. generating an image by obtaining an internal image of the detection unit of the photo-alignment LCD panel to be inspected using a unit of the prearranged detection unit. The method further includes comparing the image with the model image and generating a comparison result according to the comparison. In the present disclosure, the prearranged detection unit is used as a reference comparison unit. The internal image of the detection unit is added into the model image.
Abstract:
A connection pad group for photo-alignment process of liquid crystal panel is disclosed. The connection pad group has a plurality of subgroups. Each subgroup includes at least one common-line connection pad, gate-line connection pad, data-line connection pad and common-electrode connection pad. The common-line connection pads are connected to a first extension connection pad together; the gate-line connection pads are connected to a second extension connection pad together; the data-line connection pads are connected to a third extension connection pad together; the common-electrode connection pads are connected to a fourth extension connection pad together. The present invention prevents poor electrical contact from occurring between pads and a voltage-applying device since the pads are small in size and excessive in number.

The present invention relates an aligning voltage applying device and a method for applying an aligning voltage. The aligning voltage applying device includes a base, probe pins, and a pressing plate module. The pressing plate module includes a pressing plate and a driving unit. The aligning voltage applying device and the method for applying the aligning voltage of the present invention can make the probe pins contact pads effectively without damage to the probe pins and an LCD substrate.

A liquid crystal alignment control method includes: obtaining a production substrate information of the liquid crystal substrate, wherein the production substrate information comprises a test information of each panel of the liquid crystal substrate; determining the panels of the liquid crystal substrate are qualified or unqualified according to the test information of the liquid crystal substrate; controlling a driving power source to provide voltage to the qualified panels of the liquid crystal substrate by a first mode; and controlling the driving power source to provide voltage to the unqualified panel of the liquid crystal substrate by a second mode.

The provides an illuminance adjusting method of a liquid crystal photo alignment irradiation machine, including (1) providing a liquid crystal photo alignment irradiation machine, which includes UV lamps, an illuminance collecting device, and a stage for supporting a liquid crystal panel; (2) the illuminance collecting device collecting information of illuminance and illuminance homogeneity of a surface of the stage; (3) calculating distance for the UV lamps to descend according to the information of illuminance and illuminance homogeneity of the surface of the stage; and (4) lowering down altitude of the UV lamps according to the descending distance. The method uses the illuminance collecting device to completely and intensively collect the information of illuminance and illuminance homogeneity of the stage surface and to automatically adjust the altitude of the UV lamps according to the information of illuminance and illuminance homogeneity so as to adjust the illuminance of the stage surface.
