The invented method is designed to discover root cause machine sets that cause defects in product manufactured in a process wherein a plurality of machines is involved. The method comprises obtaining manufacture data that relate to manufacture of products in the manufacture process, generating a candidate list of machine set by analyzing the manufacture data wherein the machine set includes machines relative to defects in the products, and identifying root cause machine sets from the list of machine set wherein the root cause machine sets include machines highly related to the defects.

    摘要: A scanning method for determining the touch position of a touch input apparatus is disclosed. First of all, a first exposure process on light sensors of the touch input apparatus by light emitting device of the touch input apparatus is performed. Then the light sensors are scanned. A light sensor generating a signal with a maximum value is located. A region of partial scan of the light sensors is determined according to the position of the light sensor generating the signal with the maximum value. A second exposure process is performed on the light sensors. Then the light sensors within the region of partial scan are scanned. A light sensor generating a signal with a maximum value within the region of partial scan is located and a next region of partial scan is determined. The maximum value of the signal is calculated and the maximum value of the signal is compared to a predetermined value to determine whether the maximum value is higher than the predetermined value.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display panel having a display area comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a sealant, a liquid crystal layer, and a light-shielding layer. The sealant is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed in a space defined by the first substrate, the second substrate and the sealant. The light shielding layer is disposed on a first outer surface of the first substrate or a second outer surface of the second substrate, wherein the light shielding layer and the display area are not overlapped. In addition, the liquid crystal display panel further comprises a protection layer. Since the protection layer encapsulates the light-shielding layer, out-diffusion of dye within the light-shielding layer is effectively prevented.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a layout for antenna loops having both functions of capacitance induction and electromagnetic induction, and particularly relates to the layout for antenna loops having both functions of capacitance induction and electromagnetic induction, wherein the capacitance detection elements are integrated with the antenna loops. In this layout for antenna loops, each of the antenna loops therein is separated into three sections, and there are several geometric structures fabricated in two of these sections. These geometric structures are capacitance detection elements. Therefore, the two sections are directly fabricated to be the capacitance detection elements because of these geometric structures. By this way, the antenna loops can be integrated with the capacitance detection elements and the capacitance detection elements do not prevent the antenna loops from receiving the electromagnetic signals.
