摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a door open/close device capable of unlocking/locking a door simultaneously with an operation of externally and internally opening/closing the door. The door open/close device according to the invention has: an outer door handle (23) and an inner door handle (24) gripped at the time of opening/closing a door; a door lock unit (22) for locking the door to prevent the door from being opened out of a body in which the door is closed; a door engagement unit (25) for engaging the door with the body so that the door can be opened/closed; a door disengagement/engagement operation unit (26) interlocked with an external or internal door opening/closing operation for undoing/doing the door engagement unit; a door disengagement/engagement signal detection unit (27) for generating a signal based on the operation of the door disengagement/engagement operation unit; and a body side control unit (28) for controlling undoing/doing of the door lock unit (22) based on the signal detected by the door disengagement/engagement signal detection unit.

摘要： While there are contact joining and capacitance type switches for detecting an operation of a door handle, a problem that is to be solved by the invention is to solve problems of contact failure due to aging and a malfunction triggered by rain drops. According to the invention, a piezoelectric sensor (4) has such flexibility as to be annexed to a door handle (3), whereby a minute displacement of the door handle (3) can be detected with high sensitivity. Consequently, a sufficient signal output can be obtained only through a simple touch to the door handle (3), whereby a touch or contact to the door handle (3) can be detected. In addition, since electrodes are not exposed to the outside, the piezoelectric sensor (4) is made difficult to be affected by disturbance, and dust, rain, snow and the like which come to adhere thereto. Furthermore, since the piezoelectric sensor (4) can be deformed with suppleness, there are imposed few limiting conditions on a setting place and a space where to dispose the piezoelectric sensor (4) is diminished.

摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a monitoring device that can be mounted in a window or a door in which because the window is often opened or closed by the user, if the monitoring device is installed on the window, the user must perform an operation of releasing the monitoring device, every time of opening or closing the window. An intrusion detecting terminal unit (13) having an opening/closing sensor is disposed on the window or door, a mat (16) containing a piezoelectric sensor (15) is disposed near under the window, and each of the intrusion detecting terminal unit (13) with the opening/closing sensor and the intrusion detecting terminal unit (15a) with the piezoelectric sensor comprises data communication means for transmitting or receiving data. In case of the intrusion, the intrusion detecting terminal unit (15a) under the window detects the intruder, and then if the intruder tries to open the window, the intruder is judged. However, when the user opens the window, the intrusion detecting terminal unit (15a) does not make the detection, and the intrusion detecting terminal unit (13) alone detects the opening of the window, whereby the user does not need to release the monitoring device every time of opening the window.

摘要： A themometer for measuring a body temperature by using infrared rays and on the basis of a measuring method in which a measurement error fluctuates depending upon the length of the measuring time including computation time. The measuring time is calculated on the basis of a required measurement error, so that a temperature can be measured in a suitable time corresponding to a required allowable error. A probe is formed of a porous structure so as to improve the heat insulating effect thereof, and an auxiliary adapter is provided to permit the thermometer to be fitted better in the earhole in spite of an individual difference in size thereof with the function of reporting a relative ovulation date based on a desired delivery date also incorporated in the themometer.
