    摘要: Solid oxide fuel cells each include a circular cell plate holding single cells as a solid oxide fuel cells and having a gas introducing opening and a gas exhausting opening in a central section. A circular separator plate has a gas introducing opening and a gas exhausting opening in a central section. Sealing members allow the gas intruding openings of the cell plate and the separator plate to airtightly communicate with each other and allow the gas exhausting openings of the cell plate and the separator plate to airtightly communicate with each other.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a fuel cell including a solid electrolyte layer disposed on a separator plate. Another separator plate positioned adjacent the separator plate mounting the solid electrolyte layer are joined to a surface of the first separator plate to form an electrode separator assembly having a chamber between the joined separator plates. Working fluids may be supplied to or exhausted from the chamber through openings in fluid communication. A porous support member may be positioned within the chamber. The first separator plate and the porous support member may include a multiplicity of ribs defining channels in fluid communication with the chamber.

One of the reactant gases is supplied to the inter-unit spaces and used for power generation. The casing (210) includes a peripheral wall (222) surrounding the cell stack (B). The peripheral wall (222) is provided with at least one gas inlet opening (223) for introducing the one of the reactant gases into the inter-unit spaces and at least one gas outlet opening (224) for discharging the introduced reactant gas, wherein total opening width dimension of the gas inlet opening (223) is greater than total opening width dimension of the gas outlet opening (224).

    摘要: A fuel cell includes a stack structure composed of fuel cell units with current collectors between the fuel cell units, a casing housing the stack structure, and a gas flow-regulating member provided in a gap between the casing and the stack structure. The fuel cell unit includes: a cell plate which holds at least one cell and has a gas introduction hole for one of fuel gas and air; and a separator plate which has a gas introduction hole for the one of the fuel gas and the air. The casing introduces the other of the fuel gas and the air via a gas introduction portion and flows the other gas to a gas discharge portion. The gas flow-regulating member guides the other gas to the gas discharge portion through the current collectors.

    摘要: A fuel cell of the present invention includes a stack structure composed by stacking a plurality of solid oxide fuel cell units with current collectors. Each of the fuel cell unit includes: a cell plate which holds at least one cell and has a gas introduction hole for one of fuel gas and air in a center portion thereof; and a separator plate which has a gas introduction hole for the one of the fuel gas and the air in a center portion thereof and makes an outer peripheral edge thereof entirely bonded to an outer peripheral edge of the cell plate. The fuel cell further includes a casing which houses the stack structure, includes a gas introduction portion and a gas discharge portion, and introduces the other of the fuel gas and the air thereinto from the gas introduction portion and flows the other gas to the gas discharge portion. The fuel cell further includes a gas flow-regulating member provided in a gap between the casing and the stack structure in order to flow the other gas to the gas discharge portion through the current collectors located between the fuel cell units.
