摘要: This invention provides a board positioning method where a stopper and so on are not required when positioning a printed board in an X direction. Servo motors of a board supplying conveyer portion and a board positioning portion are driven to start carrying of a board. When a first board detection sensor detects the board before timeout of a first timer which starts timekeeping together with the carrying of the board, second and third timers start timekeeping. The servo motor starts decelerating, decelerates to an arbitrary speed, and keeps a constant speed after timeout of the second timer. When a second board detection sensor detects the board before timeout of the third timer, the servo motor is controlled to decelerate and stop the board at an arbitrary position, and a board recognition camera takes an image of a positioning mark of the board stopping at the board positioning portion to recognize a position of the printed board. The CPU controls the servo motors based on a result of the recognition in manufacturing running.

摘要: This invention provides a board positioning method where a stopper and so on are not required when positioning a printed board in an X direction. 摘要: This invention provides an electronic component mounting apparatus which can detects an electronic component held by a suction nozzle without fail after a mounting operation of electronic components on a printed board and perform various processes in a case where the electronic component is held by the suction nozzle. The electronic component mounting apparatus has a line sensor unit for detecting presence or absence and a posture of an electronic component, a component recognition camera for recognizing a position of the electronic component held by suction by the suction nozzle, and a CPU for controlling the suction nozzle to discharge the electronic component in an exhaust box and controlling to skip this suction nozzle in a case where the line sensor unit does not detect the electronic component held by the suction nozzle when the line sensor unit performs detection whether or not the electronic component is held by the suction nozzle after a mounting operation of the electronic component held by the suction nozzle on a printed board, but in a case where the component recognition camera detects the electronic component held by the suction nozzle.

摘要: There are provided a component suction site-teaching system and method for an electronic component-mounting apparatus including a vacuum nozzle having a nozzle end face for picking up an electronic component thereat by vacuum. The vacuum nozzle is moved in directions of X axis and Y axis. An image of the electronic component set at a pickup position is taken. A graphical image of the nozzle end face of the vacuum nozzle is created from shape data of the vacuum nozzle. The image of the electronic component taken by the image taking means and the graphical image of the nozzle end face created by the image creating means, are displayed on a screen such that the graphical image of the nozzle end face is superimposed on the image of the electronic component. The image of the electronic component and the graphical image of the nozzle end face are moved relative to each other on the screen of the display means, thereby effecting alignment of the graphical image of the nozzle end face with an image of a predetermined site of the electronic component. A location of the predetermined site of the electronic component the image of which has been aligned with the graphical image of the nozzle end face by the image control means, is taught to nozzle moving means for moving the vacuum nozzle, as a location of a suction site of the electronic component to be sucked by the vacuum nozzle.
