摘要: In a yarn take-up device in which a continuous yarn is to be helically wound on a rotating bobbin and traversed alternately in opposite directions parallel with the axis of rotation of the bobbin, a method of winding the yarn on the bobbin, comprising producing signals to control the traverse velocity of the yarn to periodically vary between predetermined minimum and maximum limits and signals to control the traverse distance of the yarn to periodically and continuously vary between predetermined maximum and minimum limits, the cycles of the periodic variation of the traverse velocity being respectively identical with the cycles of the periodic variation of the traverse distance, the maximum limits of the traverse velocity appearing in synchronism with the minimum limits of the traverse distance and the minimum limits of the traverse velocity appearing in synchronism with the maximum limits of the traverse distance.

摘要: A spindle drive type yarn winding apparatus of the bobbin changing type includes a motor for driving a bobbin holder; an inverter for supplying electric power to the motor; a contact roller for contacting with and driven by a bobbin inserted on the bobbin holder or a package wound on the bobbin; a controller for performing at least integral control action to the motor so as to control the rotating speed of the contact roller at a predetermined value; a setter which sets the winding speed, density of the wound package, stroke of the wound package and denier of the wound package, a first arithmetic circuit which calculates the diameter of the wound package; a second arithmetic circuit which calculates a gain of the controller based on winding conditions set by the setter, and diameter calculated by the first arithmetic circuit; and an altering device which alters the gain of the controller based on at least one factor set by the setter and the diameter of the wound package calculated in the first arithmetic circuit.

摘要: A safety device of a spindle drive type winding apparatus wherein the rotational speed of a spindle on which a yarn package is formed is controlled in accordance with a peripheral speed of a yarn package formed on the spindle or tension in yarn to be wound to form a yarn package in such a manner that the rotational speed is gradually decreased during a normal winding operation. The device comprises:a member for detecting the driving rotational speed of the spindle;a minimum value holding member for holding the minimum value of the driving rotational speed of the spindle from the start of the normal winding operation to the time just before the measurement of the rotational speed by means of the detecting member; anda member for comparing the rotational speed detected by the detecting member with the minimum value held in the minimum value holding member and for emitting a stop signal to the winding apparatus when the rotational speed is larger than the minimum value by at least a predetermined allowance.

摘要: A drive method for the winding of a yarn wherein the yarn is wound on a bobbin holder and into a yarn package by contacting a contact roller with the package and controlling the number of rotations of the contact roller or tension of the yarn so as to be a predetermined value. When the contact roller is driven by an induction motor and also the contact roller is driven in pressing contact with the package by the induction motor, the number of rotations of the contact roller is given by the following equation: N=n1-(K.multidot.m (n0-n1)/T1), wherein the N indicates the number of rotations (r.p.m.) of the contact roller with which the contact roller is operated in pressing contact with the bobbin holder, the n0 indicates the number of rotations (r.p.m.) which is synchronized to the power frequency of the motor driving the contact roller, the n1 indicates the number of rotations (r.p.m.) of the motor with which only the contact roller is driven, the T1 indicates a load torque (kg cm) of the motor with which only the contact roller is driven, the m indicates the number of packages which are wound in contact with the contact roller, and the K is beween 0 and 1.5.

摘要: A spindle drive type winding apparatus wherein a spindle onto which a bobbin for winding a yarn thereonto to form a yarn package is inserted is driven so that a predetermined winding factor is controlled in accordance with a predetermined program. The spindle drive type winding apparatus is provided with a control device which comprises:a peripheral speed detector for detecting the peripheral speed of the yarn package and generating a peripheral speed signal;a control for controlling the rotational speed of the spindle and generating a control signal;a circuit for calculating the wound amount of the yarn package based on the peripheral speed signal emitted from the peripheral speed detector and the signal emitted from the control and for generating a radius signal; anda function generator for emitting a programmed winding signal obtained in accordance with a pattern based on theradius signal emitted from the calculating circuit.The winding factor may be a peripheral speed of the yarn package, and in this case the peripheral speed is detected by means of the peripheral speed detector.The winding factor may be tension in wound yarn, and in this case the tension in yarn is detected by means of a tension detector.The winding apparatus may be driven at a constant wind ratio or at a constant wind angle.

摘要: A bobbin holder comprises a rotatable support device and a holding device mounted on the support device for holding a bobbin inserted thereon. The bobbin holding device comprises a pair of bobbin holding members made of an elastomer. Each bobbin holding member has a cylindrical portion and a coned disc portion extending from the cylindrical portion and having an outer surface for engaging the bobbin. The bobbin holding device further includes a cylindrical spacer inerted onto the cylindrical portions of the pair of bobbin holding members, and a device for axially urging the coned disc portions of the bobbin holding members so as to expand said coned disc portions.
