摘要: Relating to a track ball device for manipulating a cursor moving on a display screen of an electronic apparatus, a track ball device being manipulated precisely while generating a click feel when a ball is rotated, having a small play angle and small size is presented. Beneath the center of the ball, the ball is rotatably supported by four rollers. The section of a contacting portion of the rollers contacting with the ball is a circular sawtooth profile, and the directions of the sawtooth serrations of opposite rollers are reverse to each other. Rollers 2 to 5 have switches as rotation amount detecting units. Further, X roller and Y roller contacting with the outer circumference in the orthogonal direction as seen from above the ball, and third roller hold the ball rotatably. Plural undulations are formed on the outer circumference of large-diameter contacting portions of the X roller and Y roller 3 of circular shaft shape. Rotary encoders are coupled to individual rollers.

摘要: An opening and closing device and electronic equipment using the device. The stator and the rotor of the device, which are accommodated in the rotary case, have a hollow cylinder shape. Employing such a shape allows the device to have a hollow section that runs through in the axial direction. In electronic equipment using the device, the wiring section including a lead wire and a wiring board for electrically connecting between the fix housing and the movable housing can be laid through the hollow section. That is, the structure of the device can eliminate a space for retaining the wiring section, encouraging downsizing of the equipment.

摘要: An opening and closing device includes a rotor pressed by a rotor spring and a reverse-rotor pressed by reverse-rotor spring, of which rotor cam and reverse-rotor cam are respectively placed at a certain position of stator cam. With this construction, rotor is urged in an opening direction in the opening condition and urged in a closing direction in the closing condition with respect to stator. A release cam pushes the reverse-rotor cam by moving a releaser along an axis, so that the device opens.

摘要: A folding device contains a stationary part, a movable part disposed to be rotatable in flip-up (unfolding) and flip-down (folding) directions, a force-applying section disposed between the two parts, which urges the movable part in either direction according to a state of the movable part, a reversing section for allowing the force-applying section to change a direction of urging of the movable part into the flip-up (unfolding) direction when the movable part is in a folded state, and an actuator for operating the reversing section. Pressing the actuator being in the folded state allows the reversing section to switch the direction of urging of the movable part into flip-up (unfolding) direction. In the electronic equipment of the present invention, the stationary and the movable housings are connected to the stationary and the movable parts of the folding device, respectively. The structures can provide a folding device equipped with a simple one-hand flipping-up (unfolding), and electronic equipment using the device.

摘要: A lever switch comprises a case (11) provided with a common contact (12) and stationary contacts (13, 14), a generally M-shaped movable contact (15) having a middle part (15A) in resilient contact with the common contact (12) and contact points (15E) at both ends thereof, a lever (18) disposed rotatably to the case (11), and a pair of cams (16, 17). 摘要: A lever switch comprises a box-shaped case 11 with the top open having fixed contact points 12, 13, 14 on the inner bottom surface. A movable contact element 15 made of an elastic metal, formed into an approximately reverse isosceles triangle having an elastic contact point 15E, 15F provided at the tip end of two respective elastic feet 15C, 15D extended from the equilateral sides to be crossing downward is placed in the case. An actuating body 16 of approximately isosceles triangle shape is disposed on the top of the movable contact element 15 so as protrusions 16C, 16D provided at the bottom corners press the upper surface of the flexed portions 15A, 15B, respectively, locating at the upper corners of the movable contact element 15. The operation lever 16E of actuating body 16 operates smoothly responding to the forces exerted from the three directions, both the right and the left, as well as from the up.
