摘要: A push lock switch apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a plunger that is inserted in a housing and slides and includes a moving passage in the inside thereof. A lock pin is hinged at a bottom portion of the housing and interferes with the moving passage to regulate the slide movement of the plunger. A return spring is disposed in the housing and is able to provide an elastic force to the plunger and allows the lock pin to rotate on the moving passage by pressurizing the lock pin. Additionally, a movable contactor is engaged with the plunger and slides together with the plunger and contacts a fixed terminal disposed at an outer side of the housing when the plunger slides.

摘要: A switch is provided, which is stable in operating characteristics and can be operated with a small operating force, and which is long in life and easy to manufacture. The switch includes a base, a moving contact piece having one end thereof supported pivotally on the base, an operating lever supported pivotally on the base and having a drive part pushing a coil portion of the moving contact piece, and a cover having a planar shape capable of covering the base and fixed to the base to compress the coil portion. The operating lever pushes the coil portion of the moving contact piece whereby the moving contact piece turns about an end thereof, the coil portion slides on a stationary contact exposed from a bottom surface of the base, and the other end of the moving contact piece slides on a common stationary contact exposed from an inner surface of the base.

摘要: An improved pushbutton switch includes an elastic element located in a body. The elastic element is made of metal and bent to form an action which has an inner diameter and two free ends to form respectively two support arms. The support arms are located in the body. When the elastic element is subject to an external pressing force, the inner diameter of the action section contracts slightly and the support arms are pressed downwards to connect two terminals of the pushbutton switch to establish electric connection to deliver signal output. When the external pressing force is released from a press element, the inherent elastic force of the elastic element pushes the press element back to its original location.

摘要: Communication equipment that is provided with an isolating switch, which is operated by placement of a handset, instead of a conventionally used insulating component. The isolating switch constitutes an electrical insulation between a charging, terminal of a base unit and an external electric circuit. This structure eliminates the necessity of providing an insulating component such as a transformer and the like, so as to achieve a cost reduction of the communication equipment, and also improves sound quality of the communication equipment. In addition, the isolating switch is arranged in Such a manner that a direction of tile force applied by the handset to depress the terminal of the base unit and a direction of the force applied by the handset to depress a switch level are separated from each other. The isolating switch has a construction that enables the switch lever to function with a small loading weight, and to keep a contact point of the switch depressed by an intense force. As a result, reliable operation of the switch is attained without increasing, the weight of the handset, since the is available weight of the handset can be utilized efficiently. Further, a mechanical structure for fixing the position of the handset can be eliminated, so as to simplify the overall structure of the communication equipment.

摘要: An electric switch apparatus includes a stationary base plate (2) and an actuating part (6) carrying an electrical conductor member (8) displaceable between at least two positions relative to the base plate. The base plate carries a plurality of elongate resilient contact members (14) adapted to engage the electrical conductor member (8). The conductor member includes a flat metallic electrically conductive material which is selectively brought into contact with the fixed resilient contact members held on the base member when the actuating part is displaced between said first and second positions. A first predetermined electrical connection between the fixed contact members is established when the actuating part is held in the first position. A second predetermined electrical connection between the fixed contact members is established when the actuating part is moved to the second relative position. The contact members are preferably formed as wire contacts having ends attached to the base plate and second free ends formed in the shape of a curved bow contact (12). The electrical conductor configuration is formed by a wiring wafer (8) which connects, electrically, in the two positions of the electrical part, the bow contacts of the wire contacts resting against same under an elastic resilient pre-stressed condition.

摘要: This is an electrical switch mechanism actuated by a piano-style key of a musical instrument. The switch consists of a pair of cross-bar contacts, at least one of which is resiliently flexible. This resilience permits a moveable contact member to be driven into engagement with a fixed contact member, and also keeps it firmly biased against the fixed contact member for electrical communication therewith whenever the key is in its actuated position. When the key is released, an actuator member on the key captures the moveable contact and moves it away from the fixed contact. Upon actuation, the key over-travels beyond the point of contact engagement, but the actuator decouples from the contact so as to avoid any increase in contact pressure and prevent double-keying. Various techniques for minimizing impact noise during contact recapture, and for mounting the contacts upon a circuit board, are also disclosed.
