    Abstract: A control device is used with a human-powered vehicle including a vehicle component and at least first and second detectors. The first detector detects first information of the human-powered vehicle and the second detector detects second information of the human-powered vehicle. The control device includes an electronic controller that controls the vehicle component in accordance with outputs of the first detector and the second detector. The electronic controller controls the vehicle component in accordance with the output of the second detector where the output of the first detector is not in the first state and the output of the second detector is in the second state, and controls the vehicle component in accordance with the output of the first detector where the output of the first detector is in the first state and the output of the second detector is not in the second state.
