摘要: The invention relates to a battery holder device (1) for an electric bicycle (2), for example of the type with pedal assist by means of an electric motor. Such a battery holder device is designed to be housed inside a corresponding housing seat associated with the frame of the bicycle and to be connected to the electric motor of said bicycle. For this purpose, the battery holder device has a box-like body (20) having the structure of a removable rigid bag provided with a concealable-type handle (27); housing inside the corresponding seat is performed by means of snap-engagement of mechanical means and counter-means which comprise the said handle (27); an electrical connection with the motor (3) is established by means of coupling together of electrical connectors (17) provided in the box-like body (20) and in the housing seat.

摘要: Disclosed here are inventive systems and methods for a powertrain of an electric vehicle (EV). In some embodiments, said powertrain includes a continuously variable transmission (CVT) coupled to an electric drive motor, wherein a control system is configured to control the CVT and/or the drive motor to optimize various efficiencies associated with the EV and/or its subsystems. In one specific embodiment, the control system is configured to operate the EV in an economy mode. Operating in said mode, the control system simultaneously manages the CVT and the drive motor to optimize the range of the EV. The control system can be configured to manage the current provided to the drive motor, as well as adjust a transmission speed ratio of the CVT. Other modes of operation are also disclosed. The control system can be configured to manage the power to the drive motor and adjust the transmission speed ratio of the CVT taking into account battery voltage, throttle position, and transmission speed ratio, for example.

摘要: A multi-phase multi-pole electric machine attached to a vehicle. The multi-phase multi-pole electric machine includes rotor, stator with five phase windings, machine controller, and torque sensors. The machine controller controls the flow of current. The torque sensors sense the torque exerted by the vehicle and transmits the information to the machine controller. The machine controller provides four degree of control through injection of five phase currents and thus providing higher torque.

A left wheel controller and a right wheel controller are provided. The presence or absence of a drive abnormality of the left wheel is determined by the right wheel controller receiving first drive related information that is related to a drive of the left wheel and transmitted from the left wheel controller, and the presence or absence of a drive abnormality of the left wheel is determined by the left wheel controller receiving second drive related information that is related to a drive of the right wheel and transmitted from the right wheel controller.

摘要: A motorization apparatus for a motorized wheel comprises an axle secured to a frame of a vehicle. A rotor unit has poles of magnet material. A stator unit having slots and teeth secured to the axle is inward of said rotor to define a clearance gap therewith such that the rotor unit is rotatable about the stator core. An arrangement of coils is wound around the teeth of the stator unit, the coils adapted to be powered to induce a rotation of the rotor unit relative to the stator unit. A structure comprises hub portions rotatably mounted to the axle, the structure having lateral walls defining an inner volume for the rotor unit and the stator unit, the structure supporting the rotor unit. The structure comprises attachment members connected to spokes of the motorized wheel, located radially inward of the clearance gap between the rotor unit and the stator unit.

摘要: A store for electrical energy, and a holding device for at least two stores for electrical energy, in each of which a voltage divider is situated which is contactable in each via an external, additional electrical contact. Since the division ratio of the voltage divider within the holding device is characteristic for a specific holder, a voltage measurement at the tapping point between the stores' resistors is useable to determine which holder of the holding device the store is in. During a charging operation without the holding device no voltage divider is connected to the store, it is possible to identify a particular holder and to determine that the store is not in a holding device for charging. Since the store or its battery management system itself provides for energization of its own voltage divider, recognition may take place regardless of whether a charging device is directly connected to the holding device or store. Also, a wake-up function is provided via the additional electrical contact of the store.
