    摘要: Abutment projections (54, 54) of a resin-made driver member (not shown) are inserted in the opposite end portions of a key groove (41) of a metal-made turnable member (4) in the circumferential direction. A key portion (B3) of a receiving cylindrical portion is inserted between the abutment projections (54, 54). The interval between the abutment projections (54, 54) in the circumferential direction is set to be slightly larger than the width of the key portion (B3). By doing so, when a transmission section is turned into an open position or a closed position, the abutment projections (54, 54) and the key portion (B3) are collided with each other, thereby generating a click sound. Moreover, since both the abutment projections (54, 54) and the key portion (B3) are formed of resin, they can be prevented from getting worn out soon.

    摘要: A hinge pin 6 is turnably inserted in a through hole 22 formed in a first hinge member 2. A second hinge member 3 is fixed to the hinge pin 6. A movable member 7 is connected to the first hinge member 2 such that said movable member 7 is non-turnable but movable in the axial direction. A convex part 75 is formed on the movable member 7. A concave part 53 is formed in a fixing member 5 of the second hinge member 3. By pressing the convex part 75 against a bottom surface 53a of the concave part 53 under the biasing force of a coiled spring 8, the biasing force of the coiled spring 8 can be converted to a turn biasing force for turning the second hinge member 3 with respect to the first hinge member 2. The hinge pin 6 is press-fitted in the through-hole 22 of the first hinge member 2. This causes to generate a frictional resistance for preventing relative rotation between the first hinge member 2 and the second member 3, between the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 22 and the outer peripheral surface of the hinge pin 6. This frictional resistance is set to be smaller than the turn biasing force caused by the coiled spring 8.

    摘要: A movable member 6 is connected to a first hinge member 2 such that the movable member 6 is unable to turn but able to move in the axial direction. A hammer member 7 is non-turnably connected to a second hinge member 3. The movable member 6 is caused to abutted against the hammer member 7 by a coiled spring (not shown). A force conversion mechanism (not shown) is disposed between contact surfaces of the movable member 6 and hammer member 7 and adapted to convert a biasing force of the coiled spring to a force for turning the hammer member 7. An abutment projection 32 is formed on an outer periphery of the second hinge member 3. An abutment recess 71 into which the abutment projection 32 is fitted is formed in an outer periphery of the hammer member 71. A width 2 of the abutment recess 71 is set slightly larger than a width W1 of the abutment projection 32 so that the hammer member 7 can be turned relative to the second hinge member 3 to that extent.

    摘要: A bottom portion 11a is formed on an external end portion of a support sleeve portion 11 which is located on an external side, and an engagement recess 43 is formed in an inner peripheral surface of a support sleeve portion 21 which is located on an internal side. That end face of the engagement recess 43 which faces the support sleeve portion 11 side serves as an engagement surface 44. An engagement piece 45 is formed on one end portion of a hinge body 3. The engagement piece 45 is elastically deformed such that its distal end portion is displaced radially inward of the hinge body 3, thereby the engagement piece 45 is allowed to extend beyond a bottom surface of a key groove 41. Thereafter, the engagement body 45 is elastically restored such that its distal end portion is displaced radially outward of the hinge body 3, thereby the engagement piece 45 is engaged with the engagement recess 43. Then, the engagement piece 45, when abutted with the engagement surface 44 at its distal end face, prohibits the hinge body 3 from escaping from the support sleeve portion 21.

An inclination angle of the gentle inclination surface is smaller than an inclination angle of a main inclination surface of the end face cam, the main inclination surface being located closer to a starting end of the end face cam than the gentle inclination surface, the main inclination surface covering a large part of the end face cam.
