    摘要: This invention concerns an electromagnetic induction actuator to be mounted in small equipment such as portable telephones and pagers; also concerns such portable telecommunications equipment. The electromagnetic induction actuator, as well as the portable telecommunications equipment in which it is mounted, can be assembled in a thin and small package even though there are tabs as shock resistance stoppers, and has good acoustical characteristics. In the electromagnetic induction actuator there is a yoke that has tabs as stoppers to provide shock resistance, and there are springs that have inner rings, outer rings, bridge arms that connect the inner and outer rings and recesses that correspond to the tabs of the yoke. The yoke and the springs are assembled together within the housing by placing the tabs of the yoke into the corresponding recesses of the springs, fitting the inner rings of the springs around the outer periphery of the yoke, and fitting the outer rings of the springs into the inner diameter of the housing.

    摘要: There is a terminal block with leaf spring metal terminals that extend downward from a housing on the side opposite the open end of the housing in which a diaphragm is fitted and fixed, and an elastic material functions as a pad that is sandwiched between the surface of a circuit board and the open side of the housing on the side from which the metal terminals project, with the metal terminals pressed against the conduction pattern of the circuit board to make an electrical connection. Alternatively, the contact point that is connected electrically to the conductive pattern of the circuit board is on the side on which the diaphragm is mounted and the metal terminals have flat plates for electrical connection of voice coil lead wires on the side opposite that where the diaphragm is mounted, so that the voice coil lead wires extend outside the housing and are connected electrically to the flat plates of the metal terminals on the side opposite the side where the diaphragm is mounted, and the side where the diaphragm is mounted faces the surface of the circuit board and away from the inside of the outer casing of the equipment.

    摘要: A multifunction-type vibration actuator and a mobile terminal device capable of decreasing the lowest acoustic resonance frequency and preventing breakage of a coil lead as well as improving acoustic characteristics and preventing sound leaks. A portion near the outer periphery of a diaphragm 3 is bent to form a rising portion 3b extending along an inner periphery 1a of a housing 1 toward an open end thereof. This rising portion 3b serves as a corrugation to decrease the lowest resonance frequency and the amplitude of vibration of which a fulcrum is served by the rising portion 3b is not so large as that of the corrugation. Accordingly, the coil lead of a voice coil 4 is not easily broken. Furthermore, an extending portion 3c is formed to extend outward along a flat surface 1b formed at the open end of a housing 1 from a rising portion 3b. This enlarges the entire radius of the diaphragm 3 and improves the acoustic characteristics. Moreover, by arranging a flat surface 1b of a housing 1 parallel to an extending portion 3c of a diaphragm 3, a gasket can easily be attached.
