    摘要: An exemplary packing case (20) includes a main body (21) and a plurality of protrusions (213). The main body includes four side walls configured for receiving substrates. The protrusions are formed at inner sides of two opposite side walls of the main body, respectively. The protrusions are separately parallel to each other. Each of the protrusions has a wedge shape and is perpendicular to the two opposite side walls. Each two adjacent protrusions define a groove (215) therebetween. The groove includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is adjacent to the corresponding side wall. A width of the second portion increases along with increasing of a distance far away from the corresponding side wall.

    摘要: An exemplary cutting system (1) for a master liquid crystal panel includes a master liquid crystal panel (10) and two charge-coupled devices (12). The master liquid crystal panel includes four corners, and four alignment marks respectively provided at the corners. At least two of the alignment marks at two diagonal corners are different from each other, and the difference are selected from the group consisting of a difference in shape and a difference in distance from a center of the master liquid crystal panel. The charge-coupled devices are positioned adjacent to two adjacent corners of the mother liquid crystal panel at any one time, and are configured to detect and identify the alignment marks at such two adjacent corners. A related method for cutting the master liquid crystal panel is also provided.

    摘要: An exemplary packing case (10) for substrates includes a main body (12), at least one buffer (14) and a cover (11). The cover is configured for attaching onto the main body. The main body includes a bottom plate (121) and a plurality of side walls (122) substantially perpendicularly extending from the bottom plate. The bottom plate and the side walls form an accommodating space. An inner surface of at least one of the side walls includes a plurality of first latching members. The at least one first buffer includes a plurality of second latching members. The second latching members and the first latching members of the at least one side wall have complementary shapes such that the at least one first buffer is detachably engagable with the at least one side wall thereby adjusting a capacity of the accommodating space.
