Disclosed is a method for controlling an installation for handling hollow bodies, which includes: a plurality of treatment units; a transfer system; and a covering including a frame that defines casings and door leaves each mounted on a casing; a control unit. Also included are steps of: detection by the control unit of the stopping of a treatment unit; detection by the control unit of the closed position of door leaves located in the vicinity of an interface between the detected treatment unit that is stopped and the transfer system; and if these door leaves are detected in closed position, ordering by the control unit of the locking of these door leaves.

Disclosed is an installation for producing thermoplastic containers including: a container coating station including an input wheel and an output wheel; an upstream transfer wheel that is tangent with the input wheel in an input tangential zone; and a downstream transfer wheel that is tangent with the output wheel in an output tangential zone. The installation includes a bypass wheel that is directly tangent with the upstream transfer wheel in an upstream tangential zone and the bypass wheel that is directly tangent with the downstream transfer wheel in a downstream tangential zone.

A mould carrier unit having a stretching rod (10) borne by a slide (13) mobile between an inactive position and an active position where its free end reaches the bottom of the mould (2); a nozzle (15) including a fixed body (16) extended by a bell (20), which is mobile from an inactive position where its free edge (25) is held substantially at the same level as the free end (11) of the stretching rod (10) to an active position where it is sealingly applied against the inlet surface (4) of the mould (2), to close the circuit of the blowing fluid. The bell (20) includes a bar (21) provided with a stop (23), which stop (23) cooperates with a support (24) formed on the slide (13) to permit the bell (20) to pass from its active position to the inactive position with the same law of motion as the stretching rod (10).

Conveyor for transporting articles such as a chain conveyor that can be changed between a stretched configuration and a compact configuration, the chain being formed from a plurality of articulated links. Each link includes a trolley provided with lateral guide mechanism cooperating with a track defining a predetermined trajectory, a support carrying a nozzle for the releasable attachment of an article, the support mounted rotatably with respect to the trolley between a straight position corresponding to the deployed configuration of the chain, and an oblique position, corresponding to the compact position of the chain and in which the support is inclined with respect to the straight position; and an actuator coupled to the support, capable of driving the support in rotation from its straight position to its oblique position, and reciprocally.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for controlling a production facility of a series of containers from a series of preforms made of plastic materials. The method includes a first step of producing a preliminary series of individual containers from a preliminary series of preforms made of plastic materials. For each individual container produced during a tracking period, the method records (i) a marking that distinguishes said container other containers produced during said tracking period, and (ii) data relative to the production facility, its operation, and/or the preform or container. The method also includes a second step during which one or more physical values of each of the individually identified containers are measured during the first step, and a third step of compiling a database that matches, for each individually identified container, the measurement(s) of the second step, and the series of data acquired during the first step.
