    摘要: A capacity-variable air conditioner is capable of controlling capacity and consumed electricity in response to operation mode. The refrigerant compression quantity of a compressor is variably adjusted by control of open/close operation modes via selective combination of open/close valves of bypass pipes and bypass valve of the compressor in response to the operation mode. The capacity-variable air conditioner discharges some of the refrigerant infused into the compressor while the bypass valve of the compressor is opened under energy saving operation mode, such that refrigerant circulation quantity can be adjustably reduced under the energy saving operation mode where load of the compressor is less than that of a normal operation mode, thereby enabling a reduction in the capacity and consumed electricity.

    摘要: The present invention provides an indoor unit in air conditioner, including two heat exchangers, a connection pipe connecting the heat exchangers, first means for guiding refrigerant flow, and second means provided to the connection pipe. The two heat exchangers, i.e., first and second heat exchangers, have one ends connected to first and second pipelines connected to parts outside of the indoor unit, for an example, a compressor or an outdoor expansion device. The first means selectively guides the refrigerant introduced thereto through the first or second pipeline to be discharged through the second or the first pipeline after being passed through both, or either of the first and second heat exchangers. The second means is provided to the connection pipe so that the refrigerant transferred from one of the first and second heat exchanger to the other one of the first and second heat exchanger is passed in an original state or in an expanded state.

    摘要: An axial flow fan for an air conditioner is disclosed. This axial flow fan is capable of changing the shape of blades by varying a design factor such as a chord length, a sweep angle, etc., generating an enough flowing amount of a fan for implementing an efficient heat radiation of a heat exchanger, and decreasing a noise which occurs during an air flowing operation of the fan, so that it is possible to implement a high efficiency and low noise fan system. The above-described axial flow fan according to the present invention includes a hub engaged to a rotary shaft of a motor, and a plurality of blades engaged to the hub, wherein assuming a coordinate which is obtained by computing a distance R in a radial direction of the blade into a distance from a radius Rh to a radius Rt at a blade tip BT based on a non-dimensional method as “r” (r=(R−Rh)/(Rt−Rh), a maximum camber ratio Hc(r) which is a ratio between a maximum camber Cmax and a chord length 1 has 0.02±0.01 at a hub BH of r=0, 0.04±0.015 at a blade tip BT of r=1, and a maximum camber ratio at a portion of r=0.6˜0.75 has a maximum value of 0.05±0.02.

    摘要: An air conditioner is disclosed which includes a damper adapted to select a desired path of air humidified by a moisture release portion of a desiccant wheel in accordance with a humidification or dehumidification mode. In accordance with operation of the damper, humidified air is heat-exchanged in a heat exchanger in the dehumidification mode, so that the air is dehumidified. The dehumidified air is discharged into a room. In the humidification mode, the humidified air is directly discharged to the room. Thus, the air conditioner can be used as a humidifier or dehumidifier in accordance with a user selection.
