摘要: An ophthalmic lens (10) comprises an optical component (1) and a layer (2) placed on a face of the optical component (1a). The layer (2) has a variable refractive index and is structured so that a second order derivative of the index with regard to a linear spatial coordinate along the face of the optical component (1a) is greater than a fixed threshold. The layer (2) makes it possible to alter the optical power and astigmatism of the lens (10) with regard to corresponding values only relative to the optical component (1). In the event that the ophthalmic lens (10) is a progressive lens, the layer (2) makes it possible to change an addition, a length of progression and/or a design of the progressive lens.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for determination by optimisation of an ophthalmic lens, taking into account not only the prescription of the wearer for far sight: strength, amplitude and axis of the astigmatism, but also the prescription of the wearer for near sight. Said near sight prescription is measured with binocular vision. The lens is thus defined by optimisation, using the prescription for strength and astigmatism for far sight and near sight as target. According to the invention, variations in astigmatism arising from viewing conditions can be accounted for, objects being generally further away for far sight than for near sight. Account can also be taken of variations in astigmatism caused by physiological deformations of the eye in the rotation thereof on passing from a primary viewing direction to a viewing direction adapted to near sight.

摘要: A method to improve the receptiveness of a person to a training session of the human visual system where at least one visual stimuli arrangement is provided to the person and where means are provided so that the high order aberrations of the system consisting of the combination of said means and the eye of the person is lower than the high order aberrations of the eye of the person. The method to improve deficiencies, inefficiencies or both in neuronal interaction comprising preceding improvement method. A system such as a lens system, an artificial pupil or a clipable lens adapted for said methods. Related computer program product and computer-readable medium.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for determining the center of rotation of an eye of a person relative to a frame of reference associated with the person or with said person's eyeglasses, making it possible to determine the visual axis of the person along at least two non-parallel directions by viewing a target, and to define an optimum point of intersection of said axes as the center of rotation of the eye, at least two relative positions of said target and of the person's head being measured. In the invention, said target is constituted by a light source and is disposed at one end of a tubular support, with the other end being for disposing facing the person's eye, the support carrying a first position sensor, a second position sensor being for placing on the person's head.
