    摘要: An eyeglass managing system determines process parameters for manufacturing at least part of an eyeglass including a lens and a frame. In this eyeglass managing system, an electronic system includes: —a receiving unit adapted to acquire lens data describing an initial lens and frame data describing an initial frame; —a processing unit adapted to identify, based on the lens data and on the frame data, modification parameters deriving from the interaction between the initial lens and the initial frame; and—a transmitting unit adapted to transmit a list of proposed modifications based on the identified modification parameters. The receiving unit is further adapted to acquire a response to at least one proposed modification; the processing unit is further adapted to determine, based on the acquired response, process parameters of an additive manufacturing process for manufacturing the lens or the frame.

    摘要: The local refractive power or the refractive power distribution of a spectacle lens is measured. A first image of a scene having a plurality of structure points and a left and/or a right spectacle lens of a frame front is captured with an image capturing device from a first capture position having an imaging beam path for structure points, which extends through the spectacle lens of the frame front. At least two further images of the scene are captured with the image capturing device from different capture positions, one of which can be identical with the first capture position, without the spectacle lenses of the spectacles or without the frame front containing the spectacle lenses having the structure points imaged in the first image, and the coordinates of the structure points in a coordinate system are calculated from the at least two further images of the scene by image analysis.

    摘要: A method for measuring at least one geo-morphometric parameter of an individual wearing glasses that includes adjusting the inclination of the image acquisition system so that it lies in an acceptable angular range; adjusting the height of the image acquisition system so that the individual can see the target along a substantially horizontal line of sight; observation of the target, by the individual; acquiring at least one image of the eyes of the individual and of the frame. The method includes processing the at least one image using the processing unit in order to determine each geo-morphometric parameter of the individual from the position of their pupils and the inclination of their glasses and returning the result of the measurements.

    摘要: The disclosed technology describes methods for the selection, design and production of custom-fit eyeglasses, using a 3D printer. Embodiments include an eye examination and biometric measurements of a patient. The data can be used to produce custom-fit eyeglass frames. Eyeglass selection is facilitated by the display of a selection of various frames in both digital and physical form. A 3D version of the patient's head may be created from digital images, which can be used to produce a final version of the eyeglass frame. Lens dimensions may be traced and the trace used to modify the eyeglass frame. Half of an eyeglass frame may be generated, from which a mirror image is created, and a final frame produced from the resulting image. Also disclosed is an electronic device system which receives, processes and transmits data for the production of custom-fit eyeglass frames.
