Abstract:
A boot remover is provided and consists of a structure for angularly positioning a platform on a floor with its V-shaped forked end elevated therefrom. When a person steps on the platform it will be retained in a stationary position. The V-shaped forked end will hold a boot heel securely to allow the person to withdraw their foot from the boot. When stepping on the platform, a wedge engages and forces two jaws together to grip the sides of the heel. Springs provide snap action.
Abstract:
A magnetic computerized mouse trap comprising a base having an upper surface, opposite sides and opposite ends. A trap bar is pivotally mounted on the upper surface of the base, for pivotal movement about a horizontal axis between a cocked position and a sprung position. A spring is for urging the trap bar towards the sprung position on the upper surface of the base. A pair of magnetic channel brackets are provided, with each mounted on the upper surface adjacent one side of the base, to retain the trap bar in the cocked position. A first electronic circuit is manually activated for magnetizing the magnetic channel brackets. The trap bar can be manually put into and held in the cocked position on the upper surface of the base. A grid is on the upper surface of the base at the sprung position. A food tray is on the grid for holding bait thereon. A second electronic circuit is manually activated for setting the trap after the first electronic circuit is manually activated. When a mouse steps onto the grid to get the bait in the food tray, the second electronic circuit will automatically deactivate the first electronic circuit, to demagnetize the magnetic channel brackets and release the trap bar from the cocked position, allowing the trap bar to go into the sprung position by the urging of the spring.
Abstract:
An educational card game designed to develope mathematical abilities, to perform various combined operations by dealing cards to each player and selecting at random a card designating the number that must be calculated from the card numbers of each players hand; wherein a timing device is provided to deal out the cards.
Abstract:
A lawn seeding machine is provided, which consists of a trough for holding grass seeds therein. An inverted U-shaped handle extends upwardly form the trough. A plurality of L-shaped tubular ducts extend in spaced intervals downwardly from the trough. A plurality of spiked seeding wheels are also provided, with each pivotally mounted onto an end of one L-shaped tubular duct. When the spiked seeding wheels are manually pushed along the ground, they will rotate to make holes in the ground and at the same time drop grass seeds directly into the holes received from the trough and one L-shaped tubular duct in a single pass operation.
Abstract:
A beach towel holding device comprising a clip member to engage with a corner of a beach towel. A component is for weighing down the clip member onto the ground, so as to maintain the clip member in a stationary position to secure the beach towel in place upon the ground.
Abstract:
A water caddy comprising a box-shaped housing having a threaded neck for the insertion of water therein. A lid having internal threads engages with the threaded neck. A spout is on a lower portion of a front wall of the housing, for dispensing the water out of the housing, so that the water can be used for washing and drinking. A structure on the housing is for connecting the housing to a toilet paper holder. In a first instance, the housing can hang down against a wall and cabinet. In a second instance, the holder can be used as a handle for a person to carry the housing.
Abstract:
A cap glide puller comprising an elongated handle. A head is longitudinally offset at one end of the handle. A hook diagonally extends downwardly from the offset end of the handle towards the head. The head and the hook are capable of engaging a cap glide on a free end of a chair leg. When the handle is manually lifted up, the cap glide will be removed from the free end of the chair leg.
Abstract:
An automatic dispensing device for masking paper and tape is provided to simultaneously dispense through a slot in a front wall of a cabinet, masking paper from a roll and masking tape from a roll. The masking tape is affixed to the masking paper in a position which overlaps a longitudinal edge of the masking paper.
Abstract:
An earth movement sensor is provided which consists of a housing having a top shelf and an intermediate shelf. An electrically energizing signalling alarm is carried in the housing. An electrical power source is carried in the housing for the alarm. A pendulum operated switch is suspended from the top shelf in the housing and is operatively connected between the power source and the alarm, to energize the alarm from the power source when there is earth movement.
Abstract:
A floor scrubber is provided which consists of a rectangular head assembly. A rectangular scrub pad is of a larger area than the head assembly. A structure is for removably mounting the scrub pad to a lower surface of the head assembly, in which two longitudinal edges of the scrub pad are spaced away from two longitudinal sides of the head assembly. A handle has a bottom end attached centrally to a top surface of the head assembly. A person can grip the handle to place the scrub pad onto a floor and to permit the longitudinal edges of the scrub pad to fit under partitions in toilets for cleaning. A pair of weights are also provided. Components are for retaining the weights to the head assembly on opposite sides of the handle. The person gripping the handle does not have to press down hard for the scrub pad to clean the floor.
