摘要: A high-frequency composite impactor including a high-frequency axial and a torsional impact assembly is disclosed. The high-frequency axial impact assembly includes an upper self-excited oscillation cavity, a lower self-excited oscillation cavity, an adjustment block and a lock nut. The torsional impact assembly includes an upper end cover, a reversing switch, a pendulum, a lower shell, a lower end cover, a nozzle, a connecting block and a retaining ring. The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.

摘要: The present invention relates to a multi-functional drilling experiment platform, which consists of a gantry, a hydraulic cylinder, a power swivel and a platform base. The gantry mainly realizes the control of the drill string during the drilling-in process. In order to simulate the vertical well, the inclined well, and the horizontal well, the drilling machine needs to rotate between 0° and 90°. The rotation of the gantry is realized by the extension and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder. The platform base is used to set up the gantry and the hydraulic cylinder, bearing the pulling, pressing and twisting loads of drilling experiments. Also, the platform base can move along the track to achieve different types of experiments. The multi-functional drilling experiment platform of the present invention realizes the load simulation experiment of the drilling machine at different angles using the gantry and the hydraulic cylinder.

摘要: The disclosure concerns oil drilling technology, and specifically an all-metal intelligent control motor (AMIM). The AMIM comprises an electric control module, a power module and a transmission module. The electric control module determines the axial position of the connecting rod valve through an electromagnet and controls the connection between the connecting rod valve and the piston through an electric motor. The hydraulic pressure of drilling fluid and the spring reaction force in the power module push a double worm to move axially and circumferentially under the action of internal teeth on the inner surface of shell. A one-way bearing ensures that the power module only transmits unidirectional motion. The transmission module axially limits the power module through TC bearings and transmits circumferential motion, drilling pressure and torque to the lower drilling tool. The AMIM is suitable for all kinds of deep well exploration, with a stronger drilling force, a lower cost and a higher applicability.
