摘要： A rotary power trowel machine for finishing concrete surfaces and more particularly to a quick adjustment mechanism for the pitch of the blades. The quick adjustment mechanism includes a control lever mounted on the operating handle of the trowel in a position to be easily grasped and operated by a trowel operator. The control lever changes the blade pitch through a mechanical advantage linkage which reduces the force applied to the control lever to adjust the blade pitch. The control lever includes a locking mechanism to lock the control handle and linkage in selected positions to lock the blades at a desired pitch angle. The locking mechanism includes a semicircular guide mounted on the trowel operating handle and extending through openings in the control lever. A locking device on the control lever lockingly engages the guide and is selectively locked and released from an upper end of the control lever.

摘要： A mortar buggy with stake bed assembly provides a removable flat heavy duty base platform and a rear panel that can be fitted onto the chassis of an existing mortar buggy or similar conveyance in place of a hopper. The stake bed assembly provides removable front and side panels made of solid steel or similar alloy that can be configured to attach vertically in a hopper configuration or horizontally in an extended flat bed configuration, to provide additional loading surface for long or large items. The stake bed assembly also provides for a removable front tailgate with the ability to hinge at both its top and bottom so that the front tailgate can swing either up or down.

摘要： The grout placement apparatus has a V-shaped hopper with a flexible-bladed auger mounted therein that can be rotated in both forward and reverse directions by an auger motor. The auger has flexible blades to drive the grout material along the bottom of the hopper to a discharge sleeve that extends from the hopper. Coupled to the discharge sleeve is a discharge assembly having a flow control valve that is automatically opened and closed by the forward and reverse rotation of the auger, respectively. The discharge assembly is hingedly movable with respect to the hopper, allowing the discharge assembly to “swing away” from its operating position against the discharge sleeve to a position that uncovers the discharge sleeve for easy cleaning. A flexible discharge conduit or hose coupled to the discharge assembly conveys the grout material to the desired placement location. The rotation of the auger can be remotely controlled by a wireless remote controller, and the auger motor can be powered by the hydraulics of separate lifting equipment or by a dedicated combustion engine mounted on the placement apparatus.

摘要： An adjustably supported mortar mixer includes a frame which supports the mixer for processing and mixing mixable components at selected vertical heights. The frame is supported by three or four adjustable supports with either two or four of the adjustable supports arranged in a substantially A-frame configuration. Adjustment of the supports in the A-frame configuration simultaneously effects, in a single action, both a vertical displacement and a horizontal displacement of the corresponding support base so as to automatically provide an increased mixer support width at an increased mixer height, and a decreased mixer support width at a decreased mixer height. By virtue of the ability to adjust simultaneously both the vertical and horizontal displacement with a single action, the method of adjustably supporting the mixer is easier, faster, and safer.
