摘要： An adjustably supported mortar mixer includes a frame which supports the mixer for processing and mixing mixable components at selected vertical heights. The frame is supported by three or four adjustable supports with either two or four of the adjustable supports arranged in a substantially A-frame configuration. Adjustment of the supports in the A-frame configuration simultaneously effects, in a single action, both a vertical displacement and a horizontal displacement of the corresponding support base so as to automatically provide an increased mixer support width at an increased mixer height, and a decreased mixer support width at a decreased mixer height. By virtue of the ability to adjust simultaneously both the vertical and horizontal displacement with a single action, the method of adjustably supporting the mixer is easier, faster, and safer.

摘要： A gravity dumping device which may be oscillated from an upright position to a dumping position after the material therein has been treated. A knee-operated latch means which allows a worker to use both hands on a handle to dump the device while using a knee to release the latch means; and, when the material is dumped and the device is rotated back to an upright position, a bevelled portion of the knee-actuated part is automatically pivoted out of position and the device is again latched in its upright position. A further stop means on the device prevents oscillation in an undesired direction. The knee-lift portion may be provided with padding for the safety of the knee of the operator of the device.

摘要： The assembly includes frame, drum having a substantially cylindrical body with upper outlet opening covered by a grate. The drum includes a laterally disposed discharge chute and a back wall. A shaft mounted between end walls and carries a pair of arms with a center paddle and V-shaped mixing paddles are on respective arms for increasing the amount of entrained air in mixed mortar. The back wall is inclined from the vertical by no more than 15° to inhibit build up of the mortar being mixed in the drum. A three member bag splitter is affixed to the grate over the widest area of the outlet opening. A two-section cab encloses an engine and allows for access to the starter and engine controls while protecting a user. A gear drive shield medially of the cab provides user protection and protects the drive components from dust and debris.

摘要： The cylindrical drum of a mortar/plaster mixer is locked in the mixing position by a rotatable pivot arm pivotally attached by one end to an end wall of the drum such that, when the drum is in the mixing position, the arm may be rotated between a locked position with the free end of the arm in locking engagement with the mixer frame to an unlocked position with the arm rotationally displaced from the locking position. As the mixer drum is tilted for discharge, the unlocked arm is further pivotable from the rotationally displaced unlocked position back to the locked position in response to drum rotation from the mixing position to the discharge position and reverse rotation back to the mixing position.

摘要： The invention is an apparatus for mixing fluent material. A hopper is pivotably mounted to a frame on a pivot axis that is substantially spaced from the axis of rotation of a mixing paddle. Because the pivot axis is substantially spaced from the axis of rotation, the mixer can be loaded by the operator at a low charge height and subsequently dumped at a higher dump height. Horizontally adjustable arms in combination with vertically adjustable legs provide for adjustability in length, width and height of the apparatus for stability when the hopper is fully dumped.
