摘要： The present disclosure provides a method for scheduling one or more radio resources to a plurality of user equipment in a network. The method includes a first step of calculating an allocation factor for each of the plurality of user equipment. The method includes a second step of allocating one or more points to each of the plurality of user equipment. One or more points are allocated to each of the plurality of user equipment based on the service associated with each of the plurality of user equipment. The method includes a third step of calculating a rank for each of the plurality of user equipment. The method includes a fourth step of allocating one or more radio resources to each of the plurality of user equipment. One or more radio resources are allocated based on the rank of each of the plurality of user equipment.
