摘要： The present invention provides stable bleach activator granules comprising:a) a peroxygen bleach activator having the structure: ##STR1## wherein R is C.sub.1-20 branched or straight chain alkyl, alkoxylated alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, alkylaryl; R' and R" are independently H, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, aryl; and L is a leaving group;b) a pliable binding material selected from materials having a melting completion temperature of greater than about 40.degree. C.; and, optionally,c) a filler material.These bleach activator granules are combined with a detergent base which contains an oxidant bleach to provide an activated oxidant detergent composition.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for the generation of directed vapor from a liquid source. Vaporization takes place within a device capable of confining boiling to a geometrically small volume, and expelling it as heated vapor via capillary vaporization. The foregoing is accomplished through the use of a lightweight, compact and portable personal vaporization device that generates heated vapor by the flash boiling of small volumes of aqueous liquid in a safe and energy-efficient manner. Further, the production of vapor absent microbes in aqueous systems is accomplished through the combination of microporous componentry and flash vaporization. The apparatus and methods are directed toward personal humidification for comfort and therapeutic purposes in the case of aqueous liquids, but may also be used with other, non-aqueous liquids.

摘要： Compositions suitable for topical use to treat ectoparasite infestations are described. The compositions are suitable for use on the hair of humans or animals, without the need for pharmaceuticals or medicaments. The compositions are essentially nonaqueous and non-Newtonian, such that the compositions can be controllably delivered either manually or through use of a dispensing means. One such exemplary dispenser/applicator is described. Although the compositions are otherwise substantially free of water, they exhibit good risibility characteristics and pseudoplastic rheology. Methods for the use of the nonaqueous compositions and kits containing the compositions are also presented.
