The service handover control apparatus includes a service handover management unit collecting information associated with a transmitting terminal and a wireless access network, which operate based on an Internet Protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS), and outputting a control signal which controls service handovers of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal based on the collected information; and a service handover controller providing the service handover management unit with the information associated with the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal, and controlling the service handovers of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal based on the control signal.

    摘要： Vertical handover apparatus and method in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes examining whether there exists an accessible target network while communicating with a serving network; when there exists the accessible target network, linking up to the target network; changing a communication state to an idle mode by de-registering the linked target network; and performing a network re-entry to the target network in a vertical handover to the target network. When the terminal can execute the vertical handover without the seamless service support and reduce the handover delay.

    摘要： The present invention discloses a defrost operating method for a refrigerator which performs a defrost operation by controlling operations of a compressor and a fan on the basis of a continuous operation time of the compressor and surface temperatures of evaporators to prevent frost from being formed on the evaporators, when cool air is generated in a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber by circulating refrigerants through a refrigeration cycle built in a refrigerator main body and forcibly circulated bX rotating the fan. The defrost operating method for the refrigerator can omit a general defrosting heater by performing the defrost operation by using the compressor and the fan. In addition, the defrost operating method for the refrigerator improves heat exchange efficiency and reduces power consumption by efficiently performing the defrost operation.
