    摘要: A pointing device for use in moving a cursor displayed on a display, includes a pressure sensing sheet including first through fourth pressure detection elements and a base member mounted on the pressure sensing sheet. The base member is provided with first through fourth protrusions formed on its under surface opposite to the pressure sensing sheet in facing relation to the first through fourth pressure detection elements, respectively. The base member is provided with an operation shaft formed on an upper surface of the base member which projects upwardly therefrom. The device further comprises a cap member coupled to the operation shaft of the base member.

    摘要: In a signal processing circuit for a pointing device comprising first, second, third, and fourth pressure detection elements corresponding to the movement of a cursor in an X-axis plus direction, an X-axis minus direction, a Y-axis plus direction, and a Y-axis minus direction, respectively, a first processing circuit processes a first pressure detection signal from the first pressure detection element to produce a first move signal representative of a cursor moving value in the X-axis plus direction. A second processing circuit processes a second pressure detection signal from the second pressure detection element to produce a second move signal representative of a cursor moving value in the X-axis minus direction. A third processing circuit processes a third pressure detection signal from the third pressure detection element to produce a third move signal representative of a cursor moving value in the Y-axis plus direction. A fourth processing circuit processes a fourth pressure detection signal from the fourth pressure detection element to produce a fourth move signal representative of a cursor moving value in the Y-axis minus direction. A first calculation circuit calculates a cursor moving value in an X-axis direction by the use of the first and the second move signals. A second calculation circuit calculates a cursor moving value in a Y-axis direction by the use of the third and the fourth move signals.

    摘要: A flywheel device includes a mass-side rotor including a mass ring and a pair of holder plates connected to both sides of the mass ring. The mass-side rotor is connected to a crankshaft with a drive plate therebetween. Between the mass-side rotor and the drive plate, a positioning apparatus for positioning those coaxially with each other is provided. The positioning apparatus includes: an annular positioning protrusion which is press formed in at least one of the pair of holder plates to project laterally outward therefrom, and which is disposed coaxially with the mass-side rotor; and a positioning recessed portion which is press formed in the drive plate coaxially with the crankshaft, and which is fitted to the positioning protrusion. Accordingly, it is possible to enable coaxial positioning of the mass-side rotor and the drive plate without performing burdensome machining on the mass ring for forming a positioning apparatus.
