摘要: A method for establishing a path between nodes in a wireless network system. A source node broadcasts a route request (RREQ) packet for a destination node. A mobile node between the source node and the destination node, upon receiving the RREQ packet, appends a redundancy degree with respect to an adjacent node to the RREQ packet and broadcasts the RREQ packet. The destination node selects an optimal path by checking the redundancy degree received along each path when the RREQ packet is received along multiple paths, and the destination node establishes an optimal path to the source node by transmitting a route reply (RREP) packet along the optimal path. Accordingly, the path is established suitable for the quality of service of data to be transmitted and a lost path is promptly recoverable by reference to information stored at each mobile node identifying redundant paths available to the mobile node.

摘要: Method for rapidly detecting identifier (ID) of tags, by radio frequency identification (RFID) reader in communication system that includes RFID reader and at least two tags communicating with RFID reader, is provided. RFID reader generates a prefix when IDs contained in at least two messages received collide with each other, prefix including a first colliding bit, which is set to ‘0’ or ‘1’, from high-order bits and non-colliding high-order bits. RFID reader sends a first message containing information that requests transmission of an assigned ID in a preset transmission period when the bits of the generated prefix match bits corresponding to the prefix, in the assigned ID. Tags receive a first message that contains a prefix including at least one bit, and sends a second message containing an assigned ID during a preset transmission period when the bits of the prefix match bits corresponding to the prefix, in assigned ID.

摘要: A method of processing emergent data in a wireless sensor network is provided in which the latest information is collected from each sensor node and stored, newly-received sensing data are determined as emergent data if an error is over a certain value compared to the latest information from each node, and the emergent data are added with average data of neighbor nodes and transmitted to a sink node. Accordingly, whether neighbor sensor nodes are normal in a wireless sensor network can be determined and managed. An intermediate node can process emergent data generated from each sensor node and separate data by a sensor malfunction or urgent data so that a malfunction of each sensor node can be easily determined and reliability of sensing data of each sensor node can be improved.
