Also disclosed are a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide, a transformant transformed with the recombinant vector, γ-BBH encoded by the polynucleotide, and a method of preparing L-carnitine, which comprises hydroxylating γ-butyrobetaine using γ-BBH encoded by the polynucleotide.

摘要： The present invention provides novel microorganisms, Brevibacterium lactofermentum CJJA21 (Accession No. KCCM-10222), which is resistant to sodium azide, and Brevibacterium lactofermentum CJJA22 (Accession No. KCCM-10223), which is resistant to α-aminobutyric acid. These microorganisms are capable of producing L-glutamine in a higher yield than the known strains. The present invention further provides processes for producing L-glutamine using the microorganisms of the invention.

摘要： A composition for pickling a welded portion and a rust-generated portion according to installation of pipes, structures, plants, and so on formed of stainless steel, and for forming a passive state film thereon is provided. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a neutral agent for passivating a surface of stainless steel metal in which a neutral agent is obtained by neutralizing a basic aqueous solution to 6.9 pH to 7.1 pH and aerated with carbon dioxide-free air to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen, so that an oxidation reduction potential in a range of 170 mV to 310 mV is obtained.
