    Abstract: A fingerprint sensing apparatus includes a plurality of fingerprint sensing electrodes, a plurality of data lines respectively sandwiched by a first capacitance-shielding wire and a second capacitance-shielding wire, a fingerprint sensing circuit including a driver circuit with a gain larger than zero or equal to zero. During fingerprint sensing, the fingerprint sensing circuit sends a capacitance-exciting signal to a selected fingerprint sensing electrode, receiving a fingerprint sensing signal from the selected fingerprint sensing electrode, processing the fingerprint sensing signal with the driver circuit into a capacitance-eliminating signal and applying the capacitance-eliminating signal to the first capacitance-shielding wire and the second capacitance-shielding wire respectively. The capacitance between the first/second capacitance-shielding wire and the corresponding data line can be greatly reduced because the voltages at the first/second capacitance-shielding wire have same phase as that of corresponding data line, thus greatly enhance the accuracy of the fingerprint sensing apparatus.

    Abstract: A hovering and touch sensing apparatus with auxiliary capacitance-exciting signal includes a plurality of touch sensing electrodes, a system circuit and a touch control circuit. When an operating object approaches or touches the touch sensing electrodes for hovering or touch sensing, there is no common circuit loop between the system circuit and the touch-sensing circuit to prevent the influence of the system circuit to the touch control circuit. The touch control circuit sends a capacitance-exciting signal to the operating object through a first specific conductor. The touch control circuit sends an auxiliary capacitance-exciting signal to a selected touch-sensing electrode and a touch-sensing circuit receives a touch sensing signal from the selected touch-sensing electrode.

    Abstract: A method for operating electronic apparatus with independent power sources and having a functional circuit and a force and touch sensing circuit, the functional circuit and the force and touch sensing circuit are respectively powered by a first power source and a second power source different with the first power source. The method comprises (a) connecting the first power source and the second power source to different grounds; (b) the force and touch sensing circuit applying a capacitive sensing excitation signal to a force sensing electrode or a touch sensing electrode; and (c) the force and touch sensing circuit detecting a sensing signal from the force sensing electrode or the touch sensing electrode. In above step (b) or (c), the first power source and the second power source have no common current loop therebetween.

    Abstract: An in-cell touch display device includes: a lower substrate a thin film transistor layer, a common electrode layer, an electrode integration layer and a display material layer. The thin film transistor layer is arranged on the lower substrate, and includes a plurality of thin film transistors. The common electrode layer is arranged on the thin film transistor layer, and includes a plurality of common electrodes connected to each other. The electrode integration layer is arranged on the common electrode layer, and includes a plurality of pixel electrodes and a plurality of touch sense electrodes each corresponding to a group of the pixel electrodes. Each touch sense electrode is formed by a plurality of transparent mesh-like touch electrodes surrounding the corresponding pixel electrodes.     Abstract: A fingerprint identification apparatus includes a fingerprint identification IC chip having a contact face and a plurality of metal bumps arranged on the contact face, a thin substrate having a first face, a second face opposite to the first face and a plurality of metal pads arranged on the first face, wherein at least part of the metal pads electrically connect with the metal bumps, a protection layer having a mounting face adjacent to the second face of the thin substrate, and a plurality of conductive electrodes arranged between the thin substrate and the protection layer. The metal bumps are not directly pressed or press-soldered to the protection layer, thus preventing the transparent conductive traces of the protection layer from damaging and enhancing the package yield.

    Abstract: An integral sensing apparatus for touch and pressure includes an upper substrate having a first electrode layer with a plurality of first sensing electrodes, a second electrode layer having at least one second sensing electrode, a dielectric layer arranged between the first and the second electrode layers, and a capacitance sensing circuit. In touch sensing operation, the capacitance sensing circuit sends a first capacitance-exciting signal to a selected first sensing electrode and obtains a touch sensing signal from the selected first sensing electrode, wherein an auxiliary signal with same phase as the first capacitance-exciting signal is sent to at least one corresponding second sensing electrode. In pressure sensing operation, the capacitance sensing circuit sends a second capacitance-exciting signal to the corresponding second sensing electrode and obtains a pressure sensing signal from the second sensing electrode, wherein a counter exciting signal is also sent to the selected first sensing electrode.
