    摘要: In garments with a foamed net used as a clothing material (inter-lining), a clothing material is provided that is light-weight and easy-moving, and has improved warmth retaining property, cushioning property and buoyancy without spoiling the feeling of the garment to the wearer and does not cause cost increases or disadvantages in production. A foamed net in a meshed shape being constituted with a plurality of foamed strands intersected and simultaneously welded together at intersection points is inserted between an outer cloth and a lining cloth. The foamed strands may have a cross section form of elliptical shape with different ratios of height to width and the foamed strands are welded together so that the height direction of the cross section form may be orthogonal or almost orthogonal to the face of the net.

    摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a photoreceptor drum exceedingly advantageous for obtaining clear images free from positional image shifting and image blurring. In the invention, a photoreceptor drum (12) is constituted of a drum main body (14) and a first and second flange member (16) and (18) to be attached respectively to both lengthwise-direction ends of the drum main body (14). The drum main body (14) is constituted of a cylindrical body (1402) and a photosensitive layer (1404) formed on the surface of the cylindrical body (1402), and the cylindrical body (1402) has a fitting hole (1406) formed in each end thereof. The first and second flange members (16) and (18) have cylindrical parts (1602) and (1802) to be fitted into and fixed to the fitting holes (1406) in the drum main body (14), and further have shaft support parts (1610) and (1810). The photoreceptor drum (12) has been formed so that the radial deflection thereof based on a central axis L connecting the centers of the shaft support parts (1610) and (1810) of the first and second flange members (16) and (18) is 15 μm or less.

    摘要: An electrophotographic photoreceptor having high performance that hardly generates image defects such as black spots, color spots, and interference fringes is provided. The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes an undercoat layer containing metal oxide particles and a binder resin on an electroconductive substrate having a maximum height surface roughness Rz in the range of 0.8≦Rz≦2 μm, and a photosensitive layer disposed on the undercoat layer, wherein the metal oxide particles have a volume average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or less and a 90% cumulative particle diameter of 0.3 μm or less which are measured by a dynamic light-scattering method in a liquid containing the undercoat layer dispersed in a solvent mixture of methanol and 1-propanol at a weight ratio of 7:3.

    摘要: The present invention prevents the deterioration of electrophotographic photoreceptor properties due to non-uniform dissolution of the surface of an aluminum substrate or production of hydrates during rinsing or drying from hot pure water in an aqueous cleaning process, assuring the uniformity and stability on the surface of an electrically-conductive substrate for electrophotographic photoreceptor. The resulting electrically-conductive substrate for electrophotographic photoreceptor exhibits an excellent corrosion resistance that can be expected to provide a high environmental stability. Further, the resulting electrophotographic photoreceptor can exhibit improved electrical properties. The present invention provides a novel electrically-conductive substrate for electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising aluminum or aluminum alloy, wherein the element ratio of aluminum in metallic form to aluminum in oxide form on the surface of said substrate as determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is 1:1 to 1:2.5 and the element ratio of aluminum to phosphorus on the surface of said substrate as determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is 1:0.02 to 1:0.1.
