摘要： This invention discloses a highly active and highly safe substance, its preparation method, and its use. This substance is prepared from rubber seed crude oil, through alkali neutralization, centrifugal separation, adsorption filtration, and deodorization. This substance is not only highly active in preventing and treating atherosclerosis than that of rubber seed crude oil; but also highly safe which can meet requirements in the national standard of food safety. The substance can be used in pharmaceuticals to prevent and treat atherosclerosis in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
