Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel are provided. In the array substrate, a first metal layer includes a common electrode, the common electrode includes a first frame and a wire disposed in the first frame, the wire and the first frame are insulated from each other and spaced apart, a second metal layer and the first metal layer are disposed in different layers, the second metal layer includes a share electrode, and the share electrode is disposed overlapping the wire.
