    Abstract: The present invention is aimed to improve the poor insulation of the laminate-type ceramic electronic component having dielectric ceramic layers of 0.5 μm or less. A laminate-type ceramic electronic component which is a laminated body having a laminated structure formed by laminating the first ceramic parts and the internal electrode layers alternately. The first ceramic parts have a main ingredient of ABO3 representing a perovskite-type crystal in which site A contains at least Ba and site B contains at least Ti. The laminate-type ceramic electronic component has external electrodes which are connected with the internal electrodes. The end edge parts of the internal electrodes other than the end connected with the external electrodes are connected with the second ceramic parts. The second ceramic parts contain aluminum oxide as a main ingredient.
