    摘要: Systems and methods for ultra-wideband Crest Factor Reduction (CFR) are provided. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless node for performing CFR includes performing a first CFR step on a plurality of input signals at a first sampling rate with joint peak detection and band-specific noise shaping; and performing a second CFR step on the resulting plurality of input signals at a second sampling rate with joint peak detection and joint noise shaping where the second sampling rate is higher than the first sampling rate. In this way, Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) reduction may be increased while the computational complexity is reduced.

    摘要: A radio unit for TDD multi-band operation in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The radio unit comprises a transmitting power amplifier for multi-band operation; one or more receiving amplifiers for multi-band operation and an antenna element. The radio unit further comprises one or more switch networks coupled in parallel between the power amplifier and the antenna element. Each of the one or more switch networks comprises one or more shunt switches coupled between an output of the transmitting power amplifier and a signal ground. Each of the one or more switch networks is configured to operate at a certain frequency band in transmitting or receiving mode and is controlled separately by a switching control unit based on un-synchronized TDD time slots configured according to user data traffic scheduling requirements.

    摘要: A radio base station communicates with UEs on a shared control channel in a cell coverage area. A common control channel order, for transmission over the shared control channel for a group of multiple UEs in the cell, is associated with a common control channel order identifier and transmitted in the cell over the shared control channel. A UE in a shared cell coverage area receives and processes the common control channel order signal transmitted to the group of multiple UEs to detect the common control channel signal identifier. If the UE determines that common control channel signal identifier matches a common control channel signal identifier previously configured for or stored in each of the UEs in the group, then the UE processes the common control channel order and performs one or more actions in response to the processed common control channel order.

    摘要: In a multi-standard base station site, a first base station module is configured to operate in multi-antenna transmission mode according to a first radio access technology by means of multiple transmitter branches. The first base station module is also configured to determine phase/time compensation information based on UE feedback information representative of precoding matrix index, PMI. A method in a network node comprises estimating spatial properties of a radio channel between a base station and at least part of an underlay/neighboring cell based on information about spatial properties of a radio channel between the base station and a respective at least one user equipment (UE) located in a region associated with inter cell interference in relation to the underlay/neighboring cell.
