    摘要: A method for making a touch panel is provided. A number of first transparent conductive layers are formed on an insulative substrate. Each of the first transparent conductive layers is resistance anisotropy. An adhesive layer is formed on the insulative substrate to cover only part of the first transparent conductive layers. A carbon nanotube layer is formed on the adhesive layer. The carbon nanotube layer is patterned to obtain a number of second transparent conductive layers spaced from each other and with each corresponding to one first transparent conductive layer. A number of first electrodes, a first conductive trace, a number of second electrodes, and a second conductive trace are formed contemporaneously.

    摘要: A method for making a liquid crystal display module is provided. In the method, a first polarizing layer is provided. A free-standing transparent conductive layer is disposed on a surface of the first polarizing layer. At least two driving-sensing electrodes are disposed on a surface of the transparent conductive layer and spaced from the first polarizing layer. The at least two driving-sensing electrodes are spaced from each other and electrically connected with the transparent conductive layer. The first polarizing layer, the at least two driving-sensing electrodes, and the transparent conductive layer cooperatively form a polarizer. The polarizer is fixed to a liquid crystal module to form the liquid crystal display module.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display module includes a liquid crystal module and a polarizer stacked with each other. The polarizer includes a polarizing layer, a transparent conductive layer and a number of driving-sensing electrodes. The polarizing layer and the transparent conductive layer stacked with each other. The transparent conductive layer is an anisotropic impedance layer having a relatively low impedance direction. An electrical conductivity of the anisotropic impedance layer on the relatively low impedance direction is greater than electrical conductivities of the anisotropic impedance layer on other directions. The number of driving-sensing electrodes are spaced from each other and arranged in a row along a direction substantially perpendicular to the relatively low impedance direction and electrically connected with the transparent conductive layer.

The liquid crystal module includes an upper substrate, an upper electrode layer, a first alignment, a liquid crystal layer, a second alignment layer, a thin film transistor panel, and a lower polarizing layer. The polarizer includes a first transparent conductive layer, an upper polarizing layer, and a second transparent conductive layer on the second surface of the upper polarizing layer stacked together. A number of first electrodes are electrically connected with the first transparent conducive layer, a number of second electrodes are electrically connected with the second transparent conducive layer. The first transparent conductive layer includes a number of transparent conductive belts along a second direction, and the second transparent conductive layer includes a number of carbon nanotubes substantially aligned along a first direction.

The second transparent conducive layer has a maximal resistance or insulation along the first direction and a minimal resistance along the second direction. The polarizing layer is located between the first transparent conducive layer and the second transparent conducive layer. The first electrodes are spaced with each other and arranged in a first row along the second direction and electrically connected with the first transparent conducive layer. The second electrodes are spaced with each other and arranged in a second row along the first direction and electrically connected with the second transparent conducive layer.

    摘要: A touch panel utilizing carbon nanotubes (CNT) includes a base a first CNT film, a second CNT film, and a flexible printed circuit (FPC). The base defines a first touch sensing region, a second touch sensing region, and a gap region. The first CNT film and the second CNT film are respectively positioned on the first touch sensing region and the second touch sensing unit. The FPC is mounted on the base. A plurality of first connection wires are formed on the base, and each first connection wire includes a first electrode, a first wire body and a second electrode. The first electrode is located at the gap region and is connected to both the first CNT film and the second CNT film. The second electrode is attached to the FPC, and the first wire body is connected between the first electrode and the second electrode.
