摘要: A vibration isolator includes a first metallic mounting member; a metallic body member disposed away from the first metallic mounting member in the vibration input direction; an elastic body portion elastically connecting the first metallic mounting member and the metallic body member; and a second metallic mounting member. The metallic body member includes a flange portion protruding radially outward from a part of its end facing the first metallic mounting member and a first protrusion protruding radially outward from the remaining part of the end to a greater extent than does the flange portion. The opposite end of the metallic body member is plugged with a seal member to thereby form a liquid chamber within the metallic body member. The second metallic mounting member is fixedly press-fitted onto the metallic body member and includes a second protrusion. The first and second protrusions are superposed to thereby form a stopper portion. The stopper portion is covered and held by a stopper covering portion.

摘要: A stopper structure including: a rigid abutting member extending in its longitudinal direction with a rectangular cross sectional shape; and a rubber stopper having a base portion of tubular cross sectional shape and secured press-fit onto the rigid abutting member without being adhesive thereto, two peripheral projections formed on laterally opposite sides of a first abutting plane of the base portion and extending in the longitudinal direction, and a central projection formed on an intermediate area interposed between the peripheral projections of the first abutting plane of the base portion. The peripheral projections are situated above laterally opposite corners of a first abutting plane of the rigid abutting member, and have a width dimension extending inside and outside the corners. The central projection projects outward from the first abutting plane of the base portion with a height smaller than that of the peripheral projections.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration-damping mount of suspension type, wherein a lower open-end of a second mounting member is fluid-tightly closed by a first mounting member and a tapered elastic body interposed therebetween. An upper open-end portion of the cylindrical portion is closed by a flexible layer for forming a fluid chamber between the elastic body and the flexible layer, which is divided by a partition member into a pressure-receiving chamber defined by the elastic body and an equilibrium chamber defined by the flexible layer, which are mutually communicated through an orifice passage. A pair of elastic restricting projections bonded to the partition member at respective circumferential positions with a circumferential length smaller than a half of a circumference of the partition member, project toward a circumferential region defined between the elastic body and the second mount member, for narrowing the region.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration-damping device including: a first mounting member; a second mounting member; an elastic body elastically connecting the first and second mounting members and defining a fluid-sealing area filled with a non-compressible fluid; and a gas-retaining hole open to the fluid-sealing area through an opening thereof, and capable of retaining a predetermined volume of gas therein with the opening thereof facing vertically upward within the non-compressible fluid.
