Abstract: A head-mounted display device has more convenient functions, which is usable in, e.g., surveying. An eyeglass display device includes a display unit and an operation content receiving unit. The display unit is configured to be placed on the head of a user and to be viewed by the user. The operation content receiving unit receives content of operation performed by the user. The display unit displays an image that shows a location relationship between positioning information of a target positioned by a location measuring device by using laser light and a predetermined placement planned location of the target. Multiple coordinate systems are prepared for a coordinate system of the displayed image. The operation content receiving unit receives designation of one coordinate system from among the multiple coordinate systems by the user.

Abstract: In order to achieve the object described above, a communication management system includes: a surveying instrument including a survey unit, a GPS device, a control unit, and a communication unit; a management server capable of communicating with the surveying instrument; and a remote terminal capable of communicating with the management server, wherein the remote terminal sets a usable range of the surveying instrument, and sets determination on entrance and exit of the surveying instrument into and from the usable range, and an operation responsive to results of the determination, and makes the management server store these, the surveying instrument transmits own GPS information to the management server, and the management server compares entrance and exit of the surveying instrument into and from the usable range with the GPS information and executes the determination, and executes the operation based on results of the determination.

Abstract: Provided is a communication management system for a surveying instrument. The system includes: a surveying instrument including a survey unit configured to survey a target, a control unit configured to control the survey unit, and a communication unit connected to a communication network; a management server capable of communicating with the surveying instrument; and a remote terminal capable of communicating with the management server, wherein the remote terminal makes maintenance settings for the surveying instrument and cancels the maintenance settings, and stores the maintenance settings and cancellation of the settings in the management server, the management server gives a notification to at least one of a user and an administrator that the surveying instrument is in a state requiring predetermined maintenance work according to the maintenance settings, and when the maintenance settings are canceled, stops the notification.
