Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an objective lens, a refractive power measurement optical system, an inspection optical system, and a corneal shape measurement optical system. The refractive power measurement optical system projects light onto a subject's eye via the objective lens and detects returning light from the subject's eye. The inspection optical system includes an optical scanner. The inspection optical system deflects light from a light source, projects the light deflected by the optical scanner onto the subject's eye via the objective lens, and detects returning light from the subject's eye. The corneal shape measurement optical system projects an arc-like or circumferential measurement pattern from an outer edge side of the objective lens onto the subject's eye and detects returning light from a cornea of the subject's eye. When a working distance is WD, a distance from a corneal apex of the subject's eye to a pupil of the subject's eye is d1, a distance from the pupil to a fundus of the subject's eye is d2, and a scan range by the optical scanner is SA square, a diameter of the objective lens is greater than or equal to ((WD+d1)×SA/d2).

Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a spectroscopic member that separates light emitted from a light source into a first spectral component and a second spectral component; an optical scanner that guides the first spectral component and the second spectral component to an observation target region of a subject's eye including a plurality of imaging target lines formed by dividing the observation target region in a scanning direction; a line exposure imaging element that includes a plurality of exposure lines capable of detecting return light from the observation target region in the light receiving region; and a controller that illuminates a region of the imaging target lines corresponding to the two or more exposure lines forming the exposure line group with the first spectral component and the second spectral component to perform focus determination based on the result of detection by the exposure lines in the exposure line group.

The refractive power measurement optical system is configured to project light in a first wavelength range onto a subject's eye via the objective lens and to detect returning light from the subject's eye. The inspection optical system is configured to project light in a second wavelength range onto the subject's eye via the objective lens. The optical path separating unit that is arranged in an optical path of the refractive power measurement optical system and is configured to separate an optical path of the inspection optical system from the optical path of the refractive power measurement optical system by performing wavelength separation based on changeable wavelength separation characteristics.
