Abstract:
In an information processing apparatus, a controller acquires biometric information of a user at a time of reception for use of the facility by the user. Furthermore, the controller associates the biometric information of the user with information indicating the user. Moreover, the controller registers the biometric information of the user as a key to be used in the facility.
Abstract:
To provide a technique for allowing a search for a route taking into account turnarounds in the entire way from a point of departure to a destination. A route search system includes a node obtaining part that obtains nodes present between a point of departure and a destination of a vehicle; a passage cost obtaining part that obtains a passage cost of a road section between the nodes and the passage costs of intersections represented by the nodes; and a route searching part that searches for a route with the smallest sum of the passage costs between the point of departure and the destination, and the route searching part sets the passage cost for a case of making a turnaround, for all of the intersections included in a candidate for a route from the point of departure to the destination, based on the road section traveled after the turnaround.
Abstract:
A lane guidance system is provided and includes a proposed travel route acquisition unit that acquires a proposed travel route of a vehicle; a successive intersection determination unit that determines whether a distance between a first intersection that is a guidance intersection on the proposed travel route and a second intersection that is a guidance intersection immediately after the first intersection is within a prescribed distance; and a lane guidance unit. Before arriving at the first intersection, the lane guidance unit selects and proposes, as a recommended lane from the travelable lane, a lane that the vehicle needs to travel along when entering the first intersection, to travel along, after exiting from the first intersection, a lane that the vehicle needs to travel along when entering the second intersection to exit in a specific exiting direction of the second intersection.
Abstract:
A traffic volume determination system includes a processor configured to: calculate, while taking account of a change between a past traffic volume and a current traffic volume of vehicles passing through an area around a link, an estimated value of the current traffic volume of the vehicles passing through the link from the past traffic volume of the vehicles passing through the link; and determine that the link is closed when a current actual traffic volume of the vehicles passing through the link is smaller than the estimated value of the current traffic volume of the vehicles passing through the link by more than a statistical error.
Abstract:
An information processing device includes a first acquisition unit, a first output unit, a second acquisition unit, a second output unit, and a third acquisition unit. The first acquisition unit acquires current position information indicating a current position of a vehicle. The first output unit outputs traveling guidance from a relationship between a pre-set vehicle route and the current position of the vehicle. The second acquisition unit acquires content. The second output unit outputs the content acquired by the second acquisition unit. The third acquisition unit acquires road section information specifying a road section where the traveling guidance is stopped. The first output unit stops the output of the traveling guidance based on the road section information acquired by the third acquisition unit and the current position of the vehicle.
Abstract:
An information processing device includes a receiver configured to receive a first piece of position information from a terminal used by a first user, an acquisition unit configured to acquire one or more pieces of second position information posted on social media by a second user having a relationship through the social media with the first user based on the first piece of position information, and a transmitter configured to transmit the second piece of position information acquired by the acquisition unit to the terminal.
Abstract:
In a case where a specific point is designated on a map, extracted structure data, which is data of structures contained in an extraction range defined in advance with respect to the specific point as a datum, is extracted from map data. In a case where multiple extracted structure data items are extracted, at least one structure, the evaluated value of which is different from evaluated values of other structures by a selection threshold value or greater for a selection index, is selected as a landmark structure. A three-dimensional map image containing at least a road image and a structure image is displayed on a display screen in an emphasized manner such that the selected landmark structure offers visibility higher than visibility non-emphasized structures.
Abstract:
An in-vehicle device that is connected to an image pickup device and that is utilized by a first user, the in-vehicle device includes: a location information transmission unit configured to transmit first location information indicating a location of the in-vehicle device to an information processing device; a visit history receiving unit configured to receive visit history information of a second user, the visit history information being acquired by the information processing device based on preference information of the first user indicating a preference of the first user; and an image pickup control unit configured to cause the image pickup device to acquire an image based on a result of comparison between a first location indicated by the first location information and a second location indicated by second location information about a visited place which is visited by the second user included in the visit history information.
Abstract:
Location data is obtained in which an arrival link from which a vehicle can enter a location serving as a destination and an arrival link direction are associated with the location, the arrival link direction indicating a direction in which the vehicle can enter upon entering the location from the arrival link. A cost related to the arrival link is corrected based on the obtained location data. A route to the destination is searched for, using the corrected cost related to the arrival link.
Abstract:
Driving support systems and programs obtain congestion information specifying any congested link where there is congestion and provide driving support based on the congestion information. The systems and programs determine if the congested link has two or more lanes in each direction and if there is a branch at an end of the congested link, and if the congested link has two or more lanes in each direction and there is a branch at the end of the congested link, determine whether connected links include one or more links where there is congestion and one or more links where there is no congestion. If the connected links include one or more links where there is congestion and one or more links where there is no congestion, the systems and programs determine driving support according to the link onto which a vehicle exits at the branch.
