摘要: A system for detecting excessive or uneven wear on a brake pad of a vehicle. The system includes a rotor connected to a wheel of the vehicle, a brake pad positioned adjacent to the rotor and configured to contact the rotor to slow down or stop movement of the rotor and the wheel, and a wire mesh disposed within or integrated into the brake pad. The system also includes a sensor configured to detect sensor data from the wire mesh and an electronic control unit (ECU) configured to determine, based on the sensor data, whether excessive or uneven wear on the brake pad or the rotor is present and to control an output device to display an output related to the excessive or uneven wear on the brake pad or the rotor. The system may utilize an artificial intelligence or machine learning model to detect the excessive or uneven wear.

The electronic control unit is configured to provide a location of the available parking spot or the person to another device or to the vehicle.
