Abstract:
Methods and apparatus to calculate and display transaction adjusted values are disclosed. An example method includes defining an order related to a tradeable object listed on an electronic exchange, wherein the order is associated with a user; determining whether the user qualifies for a pricing incentive that rewards trading activity meeting a threshold; when the user qualifies for the pricing incentive, calculating a transaction adjusted value of the order at respective ones of a plurality of price levels of a trading interface, wherein the pricing incentive is factored into the calculation of the transaction adjusted value for a first one of the price levels, and the pricing incentive is not factored into the calculation of the transaction adjusted value of a second one of the price levels; and displaying ones of the transaction adjusted values in a value axis of the trading interface in connection with respective ones of the plurality of price levels.
Abstract:
Systems and methods to obfuscate market data on a trading device are disclosed. An example method includes receiving market data related to a tradable object at a first computing device, generating, by the first computing device, a trading interface to present the market data to a trader and reconfiguring the trading interface from a first mode to a second mode in response to a privacy command supplied by the trader via the first computing device. The first computing device is to obfuscate the market data presented by the trading interface when in the second mode. The example method includes receiving, by a second computing device, the obfuscated market data in response to the privacy command and generating, by the second computing device, a private interface to present the obfuscated market data to the trader in response to the privacy command.
Abstract:
An example method includes receiving market data related to a plurality of tradeable objects offered at an electronic exchange displaying the received market data in an option chain display. A first portion of the option chain display displays the plurality of tradeable objects and a second portion displays underlying contracts corresponding to each of the plurality of tradeable objects displayed in the first portion. The example method includes triggering, automatically in response to receiving an input selection generated at a client device in one of the first portion or the second portion of the display, selective displaying of the plurality of tradeable objects and the underlying contracts in the first portion and the second portion.
Abstract:
A trading device may analyze proposed trade orders related to tradable objects offered at an exchange and determine the effects of the proposed orders on a market if the proposed orders were matched at the exchange. The trading device may monitor one or more leaned on prices and/or quantities related to the tradable object offered at the exchange. The trading device may notify one or more users that the proposed order may affect one or more leaned on prices and/or quantities that may be relied on by one or more other orders or trading strategies. The trading device may modify or cancel proposed orders or trading strategies to avoid undesired effects in the market.

Abstract:
Example methods, apparatus, and computer readable storage media are described and disclosed. An example method includes receiving, by a computing device, market data related to a tradeable object. The example method includes displaying, by the computing device, a flexible price-volume indicator, the flexible price-volume indicators aligned with a specific value level in a value axis. The example method includes updating, by the computing device, a display property associated with the flexible price-volume indicator, the display property reflecting a quantity value determined based on the received market data. The example method includes displaying, by the computing device, the flexible price-volume indicator in a differentiated state based on a change in the market data.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for routing trade orders based on exchange latency are disclosed. An example method includes measuring a first latency associated with a first exchange based on a processing time of a first trade order; and routing a second trade order from a trading device to one of the first and a second exchange based on the first latency.
