摘要： In a thrust bearing supporting a load in a thrust direction in a rotary portion, a size of a curved surface in the forward side of a lubricating groove with respect to a relative rotating direction of an opposing sliding member is set to be larger than a size of a curved surface in the rearward side of the lubricating groove with respect to the relative rotating direction, and a depth of the lubricating groove is set to be deeper than a starting point in the side of a groove bottom of the curved surface formed in the groove shoulder in the forward side of the lubricating groove with respect to the rotating direction, so that a lubricating effect and a cooling effect are increased.

摘要： To improve assembly precision of a fuel cell by improving a sealing property. A first gasket 12 is integrally formed with a first gas diffusion layer 11 and a second gasket 14 is integrally formed with a second gas diffusion layer 13, and a hinge portion 15 connects the first gasket 12 to the second gasket 14. The gas diffusion layer incorporated gasket sandwiches a membrane-electrode from both sides in the thickness direction. A seal protrusion 12c is formed in a surface of the first gasket 12 or the second gasket 14 and comes into close contact with the membrane-electrode.

摘要： A sealing structure of a fuel cell has a first gasket made of an elastomer and provided integrally on a separator, and a second gasket made of an elastomer and provided integrally on other separator. A membrane-electrode assembly is sandwiched or pinched by the first and second gaskets. The first gasket has a main lip in which a top portion brought into close contact with the membrane-electrode assembly is formed flat. The second gasket has a flat seal portion and a sub lip protruding from this flat seal portion at a position opposing the main lip. The flat seal portion and the sub lip are brought into close contact with the membrane-electrode assembly. The width of the top portion of the main lip is narrower than the width of the flat seal portion, and larger than the width of the sub lip.

摘要： In order to inexpensively provide gaskets which have good sealing performance, and which fulfill various applications by simply stamping out sheet-like gaskets in accordance with specifications, a gasket is obtained by integrally forming, with a sheet-like base material, a gasket part made of a rubber-like elastic material on at least one surface of the base material, said gasket part being composed of continuous protrusions provided with a fixed pattern. The sheet-like gasket parts produced in this manner are capable of inexpensively providing gaskets which fulfill various applications by simply stamping out the sheet-like gasket parts in accordance with various specifications.

摘要： To effectively prevent deformation of an MEA and shift of GDLs, first GDLs, second GDLs, and separators are layered in order at both sides of the MEA in the thickness direction thereof, the gaskets which sandwich an end portion of the MEA outside the first GDLs and the second GDLs are made from rubber or a synthetic resin material having rubber-like elasticity and integrally provided on the separators respectively, the first GDLs have end portions which are formed so as to protrude beyond outer peripheries of the second GDLs, and the gaskets have support step portions which can position and support the end portions of the first GDLs at the same height as the support height by the second GDLs.
