摘要: A screw includes a shank portion and a head portion on one end of the shank portion. The shank portion has a continuous spiral screw thread with a plurality of turns formed thereon. The screw thread has an upper thread surface, a lower thread surface, and a cutting line that interconnects the upper and lower thread surfaces at a radial edge of the upper and lower thread surfaces distal to the shank portion. Each of at least some of the turns of the screw thread is formed with from two to six adjacent concave facets along the cutting line. Each of the concave facets has a radial width ranging from about 60 to 120 degrees. Each pair of the adjacent concave facets forms a pointed corner at the cutting line.

摘要: A screw with triple regions of shaft provides an optimal drilling/securing power as well as debris-containing capacity. To encompass the above opposing functions in a screw, the middle region is configured in two alternative ways: (1) Both the number of spiral threads per unit length and the outer diameter of spiral threads in the middle region are reduced to create more capacity for debris; and (2) Replace voluminous spiral threads with an equivalent space-saving securing structure of rhombic threads.

摘要: An expansible anchor assembly includes an expansion sleeve and an anchor bolt plugging and expanding the expansion sleeve. The expansion sleeve includes a first end, a second end, an expansible member adjacent to the second end that is divided into expansible segments by slits, and a bore defined in the expansion sleeve for communicating the first end with the second end. A groove is annularly formed on the expansion sleeve, and a distance from the groove to the second end equals to ¼˜⅖ times a length of the expansion sleeve for preventing an over length of the slits, which is beneficial to the manufacture. During expansion, the expansible segments are completely expanded when the expansible member is subjected to a thrust from the anchor bolt to promote the anchoring force and avoid damaging a working wall.

摘要: The present invention is in particular to a first threaded section and a second threaded section both consisted of a plurality of threads are spirally disposed on the shank and connecting each other. Moreover, said first threaded section is a continuous threaded section, and said second threaded section is a non-continuous threaded section. 摘要: A wedge anchor has a shank with an expander section having a surface that forms an angle greater than 8° with respect to an axis of the shank. A plurality of longitudinal ribs project radially and outwardly from the expander section, extend along the axis of the shank, and are angularly spaced apart from each other. A tubular expansion sleeve is sleeved on a neck section of the shank adjacent to the expander section, and is formed with a plurality of axially extending slits for engaging the longitudinal ribs when the expander section is extended into the expansion sleeve.
