Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a multi-mode 3D print head and a collaborative printing method applying the same. The print head body is provided with an extrusion hole, a feeding mechanism is provided above the extrusion hole, and a heating mechanism is provided below the extrusion hole. The print head body is further provided with a plurality of droplet addition holes and auxiliary side holes connected to the plurality of droplet ejection holes. The auxiliary side holes are provided perpendicular to the droplet addition holes and are detachably connected with an injection auxiliary component. The injection auxiliary component includes a sleeve secured to the auxiliary side hole, the sleeve is provided with a moving block. The sleeve is connected to an air pipe at an end away from the auxiliary side hole and is provided with an induction coil.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide three-dimensional (3D) printing methods, systems, and devices for target objects, and relate to a field of image data processing technology. The method includes performing a layering process to a 3D model of a target object and designing a printing path sequence, after each layer of the print is completed, according to a current layer 3D model and point cloud data of a single-layer 3D model corresponding to the current layer 3D model, performing the inspection of a height difference, a horizontal dimension difference and a void region in the printing, and according to the inspection result, performing timely feedback and adjustment, which can not only improve the professionalism, stability and efficiency of the printing, but also improve the similarity between the printed physical object and the target object, resulting in achieving a more accurate 3D printing.

Abstract: A 3D bio-printer capable of detecting cell activity is provided. The 3D bio-printer includes an upper PC and a lower 3D printer. A conveying hose is connected to a printhead base of the printer, and a temperature controller is connected to the conveying hose. A printhead controller is connected to the other end of the conveying hose, a printhead is connected to the bottom of the printhead controller, and a main control cabinet controls the printhead to work via a signal generator. A prototyping table is provided under the printhead and is connected with a cell activity detecting device for detecting activity of a printed product. Cell activity can be detected in the process of printing, which ensures that the printed biological tissues maintain biological activity. It can supply multi-biological raw materials and realize multi-biological material printing, which ensures an environment suitable for biological material printing.
