摘要： A wheelchair fixing apparatus (2) according to the present invention includes belts (21) having connecting members (23) which can be attached to and detached from fixing hardware pieces (3) installed on a floor and winding devices (22) for winding up and accommodating the belts (21) and the winding devices (22) are disposed on the wheelchair (1). Therefore, the fixing hardware pieces (3) to which the belts (21) are connected through the connecting members (23) suffice as the floor-side equipment. Moreover, with this apparatus, a user of the wheelchair can perform the fixing operation by himself/herself. Even when a caretaker performs the operation, the burden on the caretaker in performing the operation can be reduced. Furthermore, the apparatus need not be carried by the caretaker, nor need it be ready in advance in a place where the wheelchair (1) is to be fixed.

摘要： A balloon catheter provided with a first tubular member in which at least one balloon lumen is formed inside along a longitudinal direction thereof; a balloon unit which is communicated internally with the balloon lumen formed in the first tubular member and capable of being expanded by a fluid fed through that balloon lumen; a second tubular member extending axially inside the balloon unit and provided axially therein with at least one guidewire lumen; a distal end of the balloon unit connected with a distal end of said second tubular member; an overlapped portion formed by overlapping a proximal end of said second tubular member with a distal end of said first tubular member axially over a predetermined distance; a neck portion of a proximal end side of said balloon unit directly or indirectly connected with at least part of said overlapped portion so as to cover at least part of said overlapped portion; and a recess in which a part of an outer circumference of the proximal end of the second tubular member is received and which is formed axially on an outer circumference of the distal end of said first tubular member.

摘要： A double tube from which a balloon catheter having a high rigidity and a low fluid resistance can be easily produced by means of an extruder or the like, an apparatus for producing the double tube, a balloon catheter produced by using the double tube, and a process for producing the balloon catheter are provided. The double tube comprises an outer tube having a lumen extending from the distal end to the proximal end, and an inner tube which is provided within the outer tube and has a lumen extending from the distal end to the proximal end, wherein a longitudinal member in the strip form is provided as a connecting member which continuously connects the inner surface of the outer tube to the outer surface of the inner tube in the axial direction. A balloon catheter can be easily produced by using this double tube. An apparatus for producing a double tube is also provided which comprises a first extruding means for extruding a resin for forming an outer tube portion, a second extruding means for extruding a resin for forming an inner tube portion, and a die for forming into tubes respectively from the resins extruded from the first extruding means and the second extruding means.
